  The service is really good, maintenance issues get resolved typically by next day itself. Hecton is very respectful with the residents.

  The worst management, I lived here for years and the amount of issues this buildig has had. Plumbing pest control, elevator problems, packages stolen, old appliances, bad BAD communication from managemant, flooding on the under parking, the list goes on and on, trash has pest control issues. I like many of my neighbors are frustrated with this management and their lack of professional character. The maintenance crew is ok, the issue seems to be the management. I cannot stress how bad terrible this management is and how they are so unwilling or caring of how you live thru their building issues.
