  The no visitors after 6pm is really inconsiderate of the people that live there. People's loved ones visit and stay late or stay a night have to figure out parking and scramble to try and print out a slip. Its my mom's grand kids love being there but we hardly visit now because i leave work late and it is always a struggle with the parking rules. Absolutely nuts that they have to go through that process to have visitors.

  Although I was toured available apartments on the second floor, an opening on the first floor for a one bedroom. I applied but changed my choice to a two bedroom when one came up just a couple of days later. Priscilla, the leasing coordinator, immediately upgraded my choice to a two bedroom. My overall experience with Priscilla was very positive. She was patient and kind, answered all my questions, and made me feel valued.I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an apartment at The Reserve in Rancho Bernardo.

  This is the most dishonest complex I've ever lived in. Managers are so incompetent and uneducated that there is simply no one to talk to to discuss some problems

  The community and apartment are beautiful, and the staff—including Priscila and the maintenance team—were very friendly and welcoming. Priscila provided excellent service; she was attentive, knowledgeable, and made a genuine effort to understand what we were looking for. Her polite and professional communication stood out from the very first email. I hope this same level of service continues throughout our stay.
