  Kudos to Matthew. He was very professional and kind. I will say I did not appreciate the lady Priscilla (front desk) who repeatedly would come and interrupt and tell Matt what to do. If something was not right then explain it to him after we were finished. Matthew told me to send him an email with the 2 items he needed with a photo. I did that and he emailed me that was not acceptable. Next thing I knew I had a letter (not signed obviously generic) on my front door stating I had 3 choices if I did not get the copies to him 30 days prior to lease expiration. 1. Pay an increase of $500.00 per month, 2. Give a 30 day notice to vacate 3. Be evicted . Really? I moved here in March 2013 to a 1 bedroom then later to a 2 bedroom. I’ve NEVER been late on my rent and I’m 70 years old. This is how you treat your older generation??
