  Jermey and Shannon were the best landlords I’ve personally ever had! They were always ready to answer questions, always had fun things planned for the complex, like food trucks, happy hour, holiday parties, and they loved our dog! Also, Jose was always easy to reach for our maintenance problems and is great as his job! I’ll be sad to leave.

  Great management, respecful, understanding, family oriented, accomodating and very responsive. Clubhouse is amazing, you can smell cleanliness as soon as you open the door, i love the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The best place I have ever lived in and the community are very nice and friendly.

  Having lived here for more than 3 months, I really enjoyed my life here. Shannon has always been very considerate and willing to offer help since the first time I came here. The staff and neighbours are also very friendly. Love the community!

  What can I say - I Love this place ! If you are looking for a Life in the "Lap of Luxury"...You have found it in this @ 100+ unit complex in Scripps Ranch called "Sol Terra"!! I was Impressed with this place starting with 'So Much Guest Parking !!! 'ST' has all the benefits of a larger apt complex: I would guess the pool is heated 80+ year round, a large Beautiful Rec room with "Everything", a Sweet gym with a dozen machines & is ' dog friendly' if that is your lifestyle. Trader Joe's & # 15 freeway are 5 minutes away, a movie theater in Mira Mesa is 10 minutes away. I think you will Appreciate the Cooperative "we care you are Happy here" attitude you will get from Jeremy, the Community Director, Bri your Leasing manager to Gavi & Jose in Maintenance What more can i say :"check it out for yourself" ;)
