  Refrigerator stopped cooling. Impractical to repair. Replacement took 30 hours. Temp was providing a small cooler with a small amount of ice. Recommend keeping a loaner spare onsite and removal of inop frig while awaiting new. Also leaked on floor requiring constant cleanup.

  Love Solterra. Such a great community and the maintenance team is the absolute best! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Requests are easily submitted and completed quickly with excellent service. Always feel taken care of. The management team is also quick to respond and great as well! Management keeps everyone updated and there are many community events and food truck opportunities to try. Some of my only critiques are that I wish there was an elevator and that due to the vinyl flooring/how the structure was built, noise can travel and if you have someone living below you, you may hear about it despite implementing rugs and changing some lifestyle habits to try and be a better neighbor. If you're sensitive to this, it's recommended to live on the top floor if you can. Otherwise, you should expect reasonable noise from upstairs neighbors during non-quiet hours as this is an apartment community with vinyl wood flooring, not carpet, and shared walls. Although, we don't hear our same floor neighbors aside from if someone is having a convo in the hallway since it echoes with some noise. Aside from from that, awesome community to live in that's in a great location!

  We have had an amazing experience here! Anni helped us when we moved here and has been amazing ever since. She is always on top of things and answers any questions we have super quickly. So happy to have chosen here to live and would recommend!

  The property itself is nice, but the noise-complaint situation has been frustrating. Based on conversations with friends who live here, there appear to be a few residents who are extremely sensitive to ordinary apartment noise—even during normal daytime and evening hours. My friends have received complaints for simply walking around the apartment and bringing in groceries. Apartment living naturally involves some everyday noise, especially in a multi-story apartment building where sound travels easily between units. Residents should not have to worry that normal use of their home will result in another complaint.

  I 100% agree with other reviewers. This apartment used to justify its higher rent compared to neighboring communities purely because of the people. In the past, the resident atmosphere was welcoming and the on-site staff made living here feel worth the premium. Zacaira was phenomenal, attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in the residents. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Since the transition to new management, the quality of service has dropped significantly, and the community feel has disappeared. You are paying top-dollar rates for a subpar experience, slow communication, and declining standards. Look at other nearby communities instead. You will easily find places offering better amenities, more attentive management, and significantly lower rent. It simply is not worth paying a premium price for less. If I could give 0, I would. Giving them 1 since the service workers there are amazing. They are quick to repair and address things.
