  EDITED 5.24.26 : Management team completely changed. I don’t renew my lease due to the new management staff. The quality of the complex has also decreased. There used to be food trucks & monthly events that the previous management would send out. There were text notifications and a sense of community and now you won’t catch the new management walking around freely and interacting with the community. Lots of children now too and the e-bikes zooming through almost hitting cars ect.. there’s also so much guest parking but don’t be fooled come 5pm every night and residents definitely just park in it leaving nothing for actual guests. People from the complex next door also park there regularly because again new management doesn’t do anything about it. Oh and upon move out they have some WILD fees their charging… be weary. ORIGINAL REVIEW : Zahi and Mitchell have been incredible. Solterra should definitely keep these men around. He was so informative about “why” Solterra beats any other apartment complex to call home. This is a community where everyone watches out for everyone and he knew their names and I felt home without even living there. The leasing process was absolutely seamless. So I am confident the move in process will be similar. I am looking forward to calling this place home. If you tour this complex ask for Zahi or Mitchell.

  Having lived here for more than 3 months, I really enjoyed my life here. Shannon has always been very considerate and willing to offer help since the first time I came here. The staff and neighbours are also very friendly. Love the community!

  What can I say - I Love this place ! If you are looking for a Life in the "Lap of Luxury"...You have found it in this @ 100+ unit complex in Scripps Ranch called "Sol Terra"!! I was Impressed with this place starting with 'So Much Guest Parking !!! 'ST' has all the benefits of a larger apt complex: I would guess the pool is heated 80+ year round, a large Beautiful Rec room with "Everything", a Sweet gym with a dozen machines & is ' dog friendly' if that is your lifestyle. Trader Joe's & # 15 freeway are 5 minutes away, a movie theater in Mira Mesa is 10 minutes away. I think you will Appreciate the Cooperative "we care you are Happy here" attitude you will get from Jeremy, the Community Director, Bri your Leasing manager to Gavi & Jose in Maintenance What more can i say :"check it out for yourself" ;)

  This is a great place to live. The management and all staff are friendly, responsive, and always willing to go above and beyond to help residents. The complex and apartment are beautiful and offer great amenities plus I love that it is an environmentally conscious community. Definitely one of the best places I've lived!

  Nice places and helpful management. Stainless steel appliances, large kitchen island. Only complaint is lack of storage.
