  Solid gym and pool area. Management sucks. Non responsive. Rent assisted low income tenants have ruined the apartments. Not the best complex if you enjoy quality of life. Re: Emails have been sent multiple times. Biggest issue is the weed smoke. You guys fail to uphold your own lease terms. And told us to take pictures of the people smoking weed for proof. When my apartment smells likes it been hot boxed because you fail to tell the new tenants to stop smoking inside it becomes a problem. When my kids are complaining about smells and asking me what it is it becomes an even bigger problem. Big companies like this never actually care about quality of life of the tenants that pay full dollar. They just want the tax breaks from having low income rent assisted occupants. #1 its not my job to play detective and take pictures of people #2 its your job to make sure tenants are following lease terms #3 we have told front office and on site manager multiple times . Gym and sauna are cool tho

  We did the self tour. It was easy. And we were able to view at our pace and really look at the homes we toured. I’ve reached out afterwards because we did have some questions and no one has yet to respond.
