  I recently moved into my new apartment, and the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Angela made the application process incredibly smooth and fast. She walked me through all the key components, including setting up cable, SDGE, and even renters insurance. I also had a small technical difficulty on my end, and she was patient, helpful, and made sure everything was handled without stress. Destiny was just as wonderful during move-in. She made the key delivery process seamless and took the time to ensure everything was in order and that I felt comfortable in my new home. Both Angela and Destiny provided exceptional customer service. Moving can be overwhelming, but they truly made this experience easy and welcoming. I’m so grateful!

  I had a wonderful experience moving into Sofi Highlands! The application process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to Property Manager Angela and Leasing Agent Destiny, who were both incredibly helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to accommodate my preferred move-in date and made the entire process feel easy and welcoming. Their communication was clear and timely, and they truly made me feel confident in my decision to choose Sofi Highlands. Highly recommend!

  Sofi highlands is awesome! They’re always willing and ready to help. Demarius in the office always puts on a smile and does what he can to help you out. I feel like he genuinely cares. Today I had a great experience with David in maintenance, he came right away to help with an issue, was very professional, and even went the extra mile!

  Breanna has been and continues to be the most personable leasing consultant I've ever worked with, even though "leasing consultant" doesn't give her enough credit. When my girlfriend and I first started touring Sofi, she greeted us with a warm, friendly demeanor, and didn't hesitate to do whatever it took to help us find the perfect home, such as touring numerous units, exploring every amenity the community offered, and even showing us around the sister community as well to see if it would be a better fit. It's now been 3 months since moving in, and she still remembers us by name and always greets and chats with us, which really makes this community feel like one big happy family. Along with that, we of course have the wonderful Sofi apartment we're living in now! I cannot endorse Breanna Ruiz enough, as I'm confident that you'll be very satisfied working with her from introduction to signing your lease.
