  Very nasty management team to be specific lady in short brown hair. Is that how you treat all guests? Do better.

  I am not happy with the parking situation, the garage for 2 bedrooms apartment is too small and the parking lot spot is too too too small I have to drop off kids then park because the doors will not open if there is another car parked there.

  Sofi Highlands has been a wonderful place to call home. The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a peaceful atmosphere. One of the things I appreciate most is how responsive and helpful the staff and maintenance team are. They address requests in a very timely manner. The location is also a huge plus, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, parks, and major freeways while still feeling quiet and safe. The amenities are well kept, and the community is also very pet-friendly. Overall I’ve had a positive experience living here.

  I had a roommate ( temporary stay waiting on my apartment downtown ) was there for a little over 3 1/2 weeks and just moved out it’s VERY noticeably segregated to the point where it’s uncomfortable. My bf is Indian and my best friend is Asian they even noticed and evening their leases ! They have people of color and disabled in one area and there’s no way it could just be a coincidence. The maintenance team is pretty fast from what I saw but, the at night the pool has no lights and bbq wasn’t working all summer in and out. There’s no guest parking ! ONE visitor spot and residents take it ! you have to walk allllllll the way down and around it’s horrible for guests. The back gate door is broken always open . They don’t clean or have wood chips for the pet area and OMG the women’s locker room area is CREEPY DARK and the door from the pool stays unlocked ! You can be showering or in gee sauna with just a towel ! People could see you walking or changing and some man could just walk in -they should have that locked at all times from the pool. Not safe or using common sense.
