  I am not happy with the parking situation, the garage for 2 bedrooms apartment is too small and the parking lot spot is too too too small I have to drop off kids then park because the doors will not open if there is another car parked there.

  Sofi Highlands has been a wonderful place to call home. The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a peaceful atmosphere. One of the things I appreciate most is how responsive and helpful the staff and maintenance team are. They address requests in a very timely manner. The location is also a huge plus, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, parks, and major freeways while still feeling quiet and safe. The amenities are well kept, and the community is also very pet-friendly. Overall I’ve had a positive experience living here.

  I had a wonderful experience moving into Sofi Highlands! The application process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to Property Manager Angela and Leasing Agent Destiny, who were both incredibly helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to accommodate my preferred move-in date and made the entire process feel easy and welcoming. Their communication was clear and timely, and they truly made me feel confident in my decision to choose Sofi Highlands. Highly recommend!

  Sofi highlands is awesome! They’re always willing and ready to help. Demarius in the office always puts on a smile and does what he can to help you out. I feel like he genuinely cares. Today I had a great experience with David in maintenance, he came right away to help with an issue, was very professional, and even went the extra mile!
