  Abe came right away and the issue got fixed within 30min of me reporting it. Thank you as I couldn’t turn off my bathtub faucet and was wasting water and costing me money for that water loss as well.

  I can’t say enough good things about our maintenance guy ABEL !!!! Every time we’ve needed help, he’s been prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what he’s fixing, while working efficiently, and always leaves everything clean when he’s finished.It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work. He deserves all the recognition for the excellency service! Thank you for your hard work and dedication I truly appreciate everything you do!

  Management was a turn over too often. The lady who is there now stared me down a few times. The maintenance are great guys but I believe they have too much work and not enough time on priority issues. Parking was extremely difficult or we had to park on Kika court and walk home. The windows never have been replaced and can heard every noise from the streets. The upstairs unit doesn’t have any noise insulation and can heard every footstep. The tennis courts had people who didn’t live there playing pickleball on Saturdays. We notified management. The trash bin area was always disgusting and it smelled. Not to mention that all my boxed up plants and other items were stolen during our move. There’s no security cameras to make a police report. There’s much more to say about the smell of weed coming from upstairs. The apartment always smells like dirty feet. The carpets were never washed properly. The flooring was lifting in many areas. The smaller room had a horrible paint job on the walls. We always had a leaking dishwasher. I can continue. But thanks for having us there.

  To start off, Latoya is AMAZZIIINNGGG so this one star review is not directed towards her. DO NOT RENT HERE!! There are definitely better places that will take care of you for the same price or even less than this complex. They cannot keep tenants because they raise the rent every year by a RIDICULOUS amount. Don't even try to contact upper management if anything happens to your property due to their trash doors that just fly open. They are NEVER here nor do they respond to your emails (and I'm not talking about Latoya). How does this apartment complex make roughly 5.5 million dollars a year but can't afford to replace counter tops in units for 3k? They also can't afford to pay the waste collectors on time to pick up the trash that piles up but they can afford to put electric chargers in spots where people don't own electric cars?
