  They installed a bunch of EV charges in parking spaces that are reserved for residents who drive gas cars! So the people who park there can't use them and the people who could use them cannot!! 🙄

  To start off, Latoya is AMAZZIIINNGGG so this one star review is not directed towards her. DO NOT RENT HERE!! There are definitely better places that will take care of you for the same price or even less than this complex. They cannot keep tenants because they raise the rent every year by a RIDICULOUS amount. Don't even try to contact upper management if anything happens to your property due to their trash doors that just fly open. They are NEVER here nor do they respond to your emails (and I'm not talking about Latoya). How does this apartment complex make roughly 5.5 million dollars a year but can't afford to replace counter tops in units for 3k? They also can't afford to pay the waste collectors on time to pick up the trash that piles up but they can afford to put electric chargers in spots where people don't own electric cars?

  Management here feels more focused on enforcement and loopholes than building a respectful community. Communication is often one-sided, and tenant concerns don’t feel genuinely heard. Proceed with caution and read your lease closely.

  Lincoln Park environment with Scripps Ranch prices. This place was already struggling and this new management has made it unbearable. Weed and cigarette smell everywhere with no enforcement. They only enforce visitor parking because they are profiting from it. The new visitor parking policy is horrible. Loose dogs and dog poo everywhere. Dumpsters overflowing. Changing inspection plans consistently. Some Section 8 residents and it is obvious. They jack up rents to the max. Only superstars are the maintenance guys. They are very good. Then again they need to be since this place is falling apart. Way better places for the money. Unless you are in the mood to overpay and deal with arrogant office lady’s. After three years here can’t wait for the lease to be over.
