  Weekly food trucks are a great community engagement addition. The neighborhood has quiet, friendly, and polite occupants. Leasing office workers are professional, polite, and will work with you to resolve issues. The build leaves a lot to be desired for the price point. The electric stove in my unit has 2 of 4 functional burners. Parking spots for EV vehicles are extremely narrow, making parking a hassle. Build quality and appliances leave much to be desired for this price point. Load bearing fixtures from the builder are not properly installed into the space (towel racks, closet doors, curtain holders). Rent for a 2-bedroom, 2 bath is $3200 a month plus utilities, expect to increase by $200 each year of lease. Parking spaces are a separate fee. $200 a month for a single EV parking space. Subpar insulation leads to home heating to 5-10 degrees higher than ambient temperature without running the HVAC if you have a unit that experiences direct sunlight for most of the day. Additionally, thin walls and ceiling means you will hear neighbors conversation (and they will hear yours) at a normal speaking volume. Fireplace is a nice addition but rarely needed in San Diego. Patios above the ground floor are small enough that barbecue is not an option but good for solo lounging, bird feeders, or a tidy garden. Good walking access to grocery stores and department stores in the surrounding area, and is overall a safe place to raise a family. Would give 4-5 stars if rent wasnt $200 dollars over the average mortgage for an equivelant sized single family home in this zip code.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love living here! My experience has been wonderful, and I feel very comfortable and happy calling this place home. Christopher Woods is an amazing manager. He is always professional, responsive, approachable, and easy to reach whenever I have a question or need assistance. I’m truly grateful for everything he does. The entire team is also fantastic always friendly, communicative, and open to feedback. The property is consistently clean, well maintained, and feels very welcoming. I genuinely have no complaints. Christopher and his team do an amazing job, and it shows. I’m very grateful to live here and highly recommend this community!
