  The worst experience I’ve ever had, we were shown and unit on 7575 university Ave in la mesa California (the bottom left unit) and was told that it’s available so me and my girlfriend did the tour and liked it but did not agree with the price so I called the office and shortly rang as if she did not want to take it, so I drove 5 minutes to the office to negotiate the price with “April” who was to busy watching cat videos on Facebook and was very rude and did not even want to hear nor deal with our questions and concerns about the unit, let alone did not want to let us talk to the owner directly about negation simply saying “no Im not even even going to ask” until we made our offer higher and reduced it from 2,250 to 2,150. She draws up the lease and tells us only cash which seems very sketchy so I turned in the application and went over the unit with my girlfriend before we made a decision, my girlfriend still had questions and called April again she did not answer so she left a voicemail, April called her back not announcing herself and simply saying “ you called” with such a rude and annoyed tone. after the fact April told us that the unit we would rent out is going to be the one on the (top left). We have a 5 month old son and my girlfriend is 5’4 and weighing 130 there is no way she would be able to making a living carrying my son and stroller and what not up stairs everyday that aren’t even illuminated. Not only that, the top unit was filthy and had a hole in the wall. I feel sorry for the property owners that have contracts with this company. It’s because of people like April why the property on 7575 university haven’t had tenants in 5 months. We aren’t even tenants and she was being difficult. I have sympathy for the actual tenants. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. She has even talked down on her other employees. Very unorganized and unprofessional.
