  As a vendor, I've had the opportunity to work with Prescott and Sally H., and it's been an outstanding experience. Sally is professional, organized, and a pleasure to work with. She communicates clearly, responds promptly, and keeps projects moving smoothly, which makes a big difference. It's always refreshing to work with a management company that values strong relationships with its vendors and treats everyone with respect.   Sally Hong has been our Community Manager at Prescott Companies for the past couple of years. She does a fantastic job working with all of our Serena Hills HOA homeowners. She is a great communicator with both the Board and our Homeowners. Our last HOA meeting. She dealt with a frustrated homeowner who was called to an HOA meeting. The homeowner was frustrated and English was obviously not her first language. Sally was able to shorten our Board meeting by patiently offering to meet the homeowner in person. She has a great sense of humor and endless patience with our Board Members and Homeowners. It is a true pleasure working with her mostly because we can always depend on her for follow up and guidance. My fear is, she is so professional she will be promoted and we will lose her.

  I have worked with Prescott Companies for years now and I love working with the team and always enjoy their prompt responses and help in resolving any situation. Sally H. is especially a key figure in the company and I have had the pleasure of working with her at a handful of communities and mostly recently at Montego Bay. I know that when Sally H is on a community it is in the best and most caring hands!

  We had the pleasure of working with Sally H. with Prescott Management on a gate automation project at The Peak at Delpy, and the experience was outstanding. Sally was responsive, communicative, and proactive throughout the entire project. She made decisions promptly, kept everyone in the loop from start to finish. As a contractor, we truly appreciate working with property managers like Sally who understand that good communication and collaboration make all the difference. She was a pleasure to work with, and her professionalism made the project run smoothly for everyone involved. We look forward to working with Sally and the Prescott Management team again in the future.

  We've had a great experience working with our HOA manager Sally Hoang. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the community. One experience that really stood out was when the association had an irrigation leak near my home. The manager responded quickly, coordinated the repairs, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure the issue was resolved before it caused further damage. Their prompt communication and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
