  As President of Montego HOA I am happy to review Prescott MGT for their exceptional service to our community. They have been our management company for well over 15 years (it’s probably more but I lost count)! Many different on site managers have worked with us over the years, including their Vice President, Jessica. However, over the last few years Sally Hoang, our current on site manager, has been amazing. From walking the property with us, to staying on top of issues, to responding to email and phone calls (on her personal cell)! She is an asset to us and to Prescott.

  I had a great experience with Sally H. at Prescott Companies. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive to detail. Sally follows through, answers questions clearly, and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. She is a true asset to the company.

  My community had the worst experience with this company. In the 3 years w/ them, we had 10 community managers, 2 of which were VPs and at times no managers. They neglected to pay our taxes for a couple of years causing late fees and penalties. They mismanaged our funds putting money in incorrect areas, i.e. reserves vs operating. They were late with our bills or forgot to pay some, they lost checks and incorrectly posted or did not post things for residents. They never responded to the board or the community and would often have the board packets 1-2 days before the meeting or not at all. Upper management including the President were not interested in our concerns nor the well being of the community. I would highly discourage anyone from working with them. If there were the option to give negative stars, I would.

  My phone was answered by a real person and I got a call back promptly! The mgr. Of the complex was very efficient!—things are happening!!
