  Torrey Highlands HOA switched to Prescott Management about 18 months ago, and they have far exceeded every single hope and expectation we had. Our outstanding management team answers every question and request promptly and cheerfully. Their diligence, expertise, and effort has greatly reduced the workload of our board volunteers, and they have helped our community function far more efficently. They've made a world of difference for us, and we give them our higest recommendation.

  I have been trying to get in contact with Philip and Adrian, managers of the HOA for my condo, for months. Absolute silence and no response. My home has become unlivable and they have refused to return my calls or emails. At this point I’m considering legal action. When you call the phone number give for both of them, a receptionist picks up and will not let you speak with anyone she just says she’ll take a message but nothing is ever done. Hey Prescott Mgt., if you even read this review at all… do NOT comment with your generic “please email us at…” because we all know you won’t respond. How about you reach out to me like I’ve been asking for months. You have my information. If you comment the generic response, we will know no one at Prescott even read this review.

  Love working with Marilin on various things. Anytime I have a question or need help with something, she responds quickly and accurately. If only everyone had those skills. Thank you Marilin.

  I would like to say that Bobbie Happ is the best account manager I have ever worked with. She is cheerful, returns phone calls immediately, follows up on issues, both easy and difficult. She has made my life as an HOA board member very easy. She is a joy to work with.

  As President of Montego HOA I am happy to review Prescott MGT for their exceptional service to our community. They have been our management company for well over 15 years (it’s probably more but I lost count)! Many different on site managers have worked with us over the years, including their Vice President, Jessica. However, over the last few years Sally Hoang, our current on site manager, has been amazing. From walking the property with us, to staying on top of issues, to responding to email and phone calls (on her personal cell)! She is an asset to us and to Prescott.
