This HOA is not really there to fix issues. They only care about the $$. I reported my stairs since May 2026 because the strips are a tripping hazard. Nothing has been done. I put a window AC unit and I got fined for $580.00 Told them I had a financial hardship to pay due to medical expenses and that I could provide proof. And only response was: The board said no. Not even installments payments were offered. I am submitting photo of my stairs

Pmi San Diego has been a life saver! Shannon and Stephanie have definitely made my life easier with renting out my property and managing my tenants. I've worked with other property management companies and I can never speak with someone when I need to. Pmi San Diego always answers their phone and I can even text the owner! They resolve issues fast and the communication is great.

I was unsure about hiring a property management company. I always planned on renting one of my houses out by myself...which I did for a little over a year until I started having issues with my tenants, that's when I found PMI San Diego. They make sure I get paid on time and that my property is being taken care of. It's nice having one less thing to worry about.
