  I paid rent on the 3rd and they charged me $50. I asked for a refund for the fee and they said no. When my fridge broke and $100 worth of food went bad I asked them to replace the food they said no. Things are constantly breaking and maintenance is really on it. The hot tub broke months ago and it’s still broken. The apartments can get really hot on in sun.

  Great place to live. It's nice and quiet plus the neighborhood is fantastic.

  I just moved here from Las Vegas Nov 1st Jan 14th my apartment was completely flooded with severe water damage from what the maintenance guy described as old equipment that should have been replaced before I moved in I was called by the leasing office when he basically told me he didn’t know where I was going to be moved or where my belongings were going making me fear I would be homeless the kept me living in a studio apartment with 7 large dehumidifier running 24/7 with wet molded carpet and asbestos it was insanely hot extremely loud weeks of not sleeping they first offered me an apartment $70 more where the owner was refusing to cover the $70 cost after weeks of living in the studio the finally moved me in the meantime I’ve incurred an insane amount of cost having to be forced to move and told I would absolutely be unable to move back into my original apartment and they are refusing to pay these cost and are now basically making it extremely difficult to even get a reimbursement on the $300 electric bill this place is disgusting the staff is improperly trained in every aspect of their job a crazy resident was attacking a guest in the parking lot over a parking space it’s falling apart at the seems do not waste your hard earned money living in a place that provides horrible living conditions that are unsafe physically on your health and on your body if you park in the wrong spot following me on instagram for full videos and pictures if you would like to see all the videos of the water damage the e mails from the company and the attack in the parking lot I’m a hard worker and honest person who does not want you to ever experience what I just had to it’s been absolutely horrible a living nightmare I just want you to see what you will be dealing with an up against shall a problem arise which with these lack of maintenances property you will they are absolutely horrible to deal with and completely unprofessional they made me fear I had no where to go and it was not there responsibility you should hear the phone calls and e mails I will provide all don’t waste your hard earned money there’s new places better communities out there keep looking good luck Amber

  Calm neighborhood, great location near freeways, beach, shopping. Prompt responses regarding maintenance issues. For the most part, easy-going people.
