  The water gets shut off too much. As a traveling resident to come back and have your water shut off is the most unprofessional and annoying experience. It has happened more than enough times sometimes twice a month over the last year, plus

  There’s a strong smell of cigarettes smoke in the hallways at all times. The trash shoot is always clog and recycling bins are never empty so tenants leave trash on the floor causing infection of cockroaches

  I needed emergency maintenance on a Sunday and Milo came to the rescue. The bath tube was filled with sewage and he did a great job of taking care of everything. I am very grateful for Milo’s help.

  I was approved for an apartment only to find out the apartment was not ready for move in. This guy Blake told me that it would be ready in 2 weeks. I said it's fine even though I had altered my hotel stays expecting to move in (moved from Oahu and was temporarily staying in hotels). I waited for over a month with no answers. I called to find out that this unit was never available. My guess is they were just fishing for application fees, or they found someone that was willing to pay higher than the price I was given on my application. I had to ask multiple times for my deposit back, which they tried to short me for a processing fee. They still refuse to give me back my application fee even though I basically applied for nothing. These people wasted tons of my time and have zero regard for my situation. And on top of giving me the run around, now I have to pursue them for my money back. Horrendous people. Zero accountability. They did me dirty and they will do it to you also. This place got some terrible reviews. I should have listened.

  impeccable service from the leasing office to maintenance team, always prompt and helpful with any inquiries or issues. truly feels like a home.
