  Effortless sale thanks to an experienced realtor! I reached out to Nancy after some considerable research online. From prior experiences with realtors , there’s always been something lacking - but not with Nancy. She was very friendly, communicative, resourceful and made me feel at ease knowing I’ll be in good hands. I needed some basic prep work before selling my condo, and she took care of everything from providing a solid contractor to staging and photography. Everything went well on schedule and the listing happened just before I went on a 2 week vacation. Nancy and her team had a series of open houses - and in short order I received a good offer. I never felt coerced or pressured during the negotiation process. Within 8 weeks of listing , we closed escrow. I’m very happy to have selected her as my agent

  Nancy was as my seller's agent for selling my condo and my buyer's agent for my new house. She was helpful during the whole process, answering my questions at each stage. Nancy made sure my husband and I were comfortable with the decisions we made during the multiple offers we submitted. She made sure someone was available to help us in person even when she was out on vacation. Everyone on her team including the suggested inspector and escrow team was responsive and knowledgeable during the whole process.
