  Think back to when you were ten years old. Think about what you wanted to do for a living. Manage HOAs to help homeowners prop up their property values? Neither did I. And neither did a single person working at NNJ. I was surprised to see any five stars in this mix. The five stars I read were from the people who hired NNJ, probably with someone else’s money. These guys were hilariously bad. They told me to paint a small section of my fence that was faded. I told them, what the heck, I’ll paint the whole house. They didn’t want me to paint the house the color I thought was appropriatez. so I told them no worries, tell me what color. They couldn’t give me a color!!! No one could. It went on for months. I talked to a couple neighbors who went through the exact same thing. Of the 3-4 issues I dealt with these guys. It was a repeat of the above. No one seems at NNJ seems to be doing any actual work for the homeowners.

  NNJ employee Jackie Diaz is a super star. She gave us exceptional customer service today in solving a problem we had. In a world where going above and beyond is almost unheard of, Jackie did exactly that. Thank you Jackie!

  Our HOA just switched to this company June 1. I’ve owned my condo since 2018 and have worked with 3 different HOA mgmt companies. This hands down is the worst experience. They are completely unresponsive via email, their app and phone calls. My storage unit was broken into june 15th and notified them via email that day. It’s a month later and they still haven’t given the new keys yet and they don’t respond to anything. And then when they do respond it’s met with attitude bc I’m expressing frustration at the complete lack of responses. They’ve also hung up on two of my neighbors who called. Unprofessional, unresponsive and unacceptable It’s been 2 weeks since I left this review and no one has reached out to me. Proving my point this company does not care about the customers they serve

  Janine was extremely helpful today. She went out of her way to help me log in to the HOA website! Thanks NNJ for having such a customer friendly staff person on the front line.
