  My experience with this HOA management company has been extremely disappointing. I was told that I would receive a refund of $288 due to an overcharge, that they cause. Several months later, I am still waiting for that refund. I have followed up multiple times and have primarily worked with Michelle regarding this issue. Unfortunately, there has been little follow-through, and the matter remains unresolved. What should have been a simple refund has turned into months of unnecessary frustration. Mistakes can happen, but timely communication and resolution are important. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this management company due to the lack of responsiveness and accountability when addressing resident concerns.

  we had NNJ when the 0rignal 0wner was running the show - as soon as Nora Jaeschke was no longer involved and another took over, that ended the superior performance NNJ had going - as things did change With NNJ so did 0ur association with NNJ and we sunsetted / ended the contract--

  Worst HOA I have ever dealt with. Gina only responds to the emails and calls that she wants to. Communication is a one way channel and they weaponize fees and are eager to accrue enough fees and interest to put the account into collections. I worked with her assistant and she was much nicer but ended up moving on, I can definitely see why. The building that I own is old and has a lot of issues and the HOA tries its best to force homeowners to sell and or pay for HOA responsible maintenance.
