  Impossible to reach my HOA on the phone. This is by far the worst hoa property management company I've ever dealt with in my 15 years of living in condos.

  Since we have had Christian Villalobos as the NNJ manager for our HOA service, responses, etc.have improved significantly. He probably gets hundreds of emails a day because he manages more than just my HOA (Cambria). Yet he manages to respond in a timely fashion and follows through on requests, actually doing what he said he would. He is professional, effective, and efficient. He’s a keeper.

  Was able to resolve my issues with a simple phone call. My CSR was friendly, professional and he efficiently helped me get my auto pay situated for my properties.

  Unprofessional company. I guess it's cheaper for them to go to court pay my legal fees then fix a 5 dollar probelm

  Think back to when you were ten years old. Think about what you wanted to do for a living. Manage HOAs to help homeowners prop up their property values? Neither did I. And neither did a single person working at NNJ. I was surprised to see any five stars in this mix. The five stars I read were from the people who hired NNJ, probably with someone else’s money. These guys were hilariously bad. They told me to paint a small section of my fence that was faded. I told them, what the heck, I’ll paint the whole house. They didn’t want me to paint the house the color I thought was appropriatez. so I told them no worries, tell me what color. They couldn’t give me a color!!! No one could. It went on for months. I talked to a couple neighbors who went through the exact same thing. Of the 3-4 issues I dealt with these guys. It was a repeat of the above. No one seems at NNJ seems to be doing any actual work for the homeowners.
