  Regina in the leasing office is absolutely wonderful! She is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful whenever I have a question or need assistance. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard and taken care of, and she always makes interactions pleasant and easy. I truly appreciate her kindness and excellent customer service. She is a great asset to the leasing office and deserves recognition for everything she does!

  After being yanked around by another complex for weeks, we landed at Mission Trails. I’m so glad we decided to give this place a go. Regina has been so amazing! I’m stressed about the move but Regina is there to answer emails and phone calls even today(Saturday) so I can get everything in order for our move. Regina also showed the apartments to us twice because my husband was out of town and I was nervous to make the decision without him. She was amazing with my three year old as she asked a million questions and eventually spiraled into a tantrum 🫣. Regina was there for all of it with a smile. Thank you so much for making this experience as smooth as possible.

  As a college student, I have loved living here. It’s been about 3-4 days now, but everything is great so far! I always try to be as honest as possible with my reviews, so here it is: The front desk is very helpful with answering questions, and Regina has been super helpful throughout the process. She’s the best!! We also had Chad fix our AC within 24 hours and he was super kind and knowledgeable. Great guy. Also 10/10 dog friendly place and right next to a dog grooming spot. Gym and basketball court are great too!! 1 parking spot per unit isn’t ideal because street parking can be a little annoying, and you will hear a little bit of car noises in the mornings so if you’re a light sleeper, I recommend earplugs. However overall, great place and atmosphere to make your home. Highly recommend. 12-15 mins away from SDSU, near lots of great food spots too. Right near hiking trail Will update throughout my 12 month lease with any necessary updates. Lovin it so far !!

  Make sure when you rent a place here you see a parking lot across the street. This is a noisy parking lot with people hanging out and cars racing through and certain nights cars doing donuts in the lot! Early in morning a trash truck bangs the dumpsters so don't try to sleep in! Leaky single pain windows is a problem but they only care about the money! We were taken advantage of there as they said the countertops had to be polished when we moved out! Chad who I liked never told Rita who I also liked and Jessica the manager the countertops were blemished when we took possession! I own apartments and I just can't take advantage of people like this! I will now sue Mission Fails for anything and everything I can get! Anybody looking for a place needs to be aware of what they are capable of doing!

  A general positive experience having lived at this apartment complex. Effort is consistent in keeping the complex well maintained. The management team is friendly and respond promptly. Especially Regina, she was very warm and welcoming when providing a tour of the complex. She has consistently demonstrated a sweet, professional and positive demeanor. And has continued to provide excellent customer service when assistance is needed. It is clear that the staff puts in the effort to keep the community clean and also provide meaningful service to residents.
