  Terrible experience living in Mission Trails apartments. My packages 📦 were missing all the time and even though I kept reporting it they did nothing to help until after 6 months of me living there when they finally installed a camera in the mail room. The rain got into my apartment not once but twice though the walls. The gym and outside of buildings is very dusty and full of spider’s webs. Tennis court is in terrible condition, I was unable to play tennis the entire year I was living there and when I requested a discount on my rent because of me not being able to use all the amenities they told me “NO” discount because other tenants were not complaining about the condition of the court. I was very unhappy. At the time of moving out, they charged me more than$500.00 for cleaning, paint and other chargers. I called my attorney and we requested proof and detailed receipts of what I was being charged, they ended up returning me $400. Please dont move there. Community is not what the make you believe and you will lose if deposit if you let them keep it. Staff is not professional and kind of rude except for Regina.

  Have only had great experiences here! Staff are friendly and communicative (shout outs to Regina and Rita!), well maintained grounds/amenities, maintenance is on top of things and respond to work orders super fast, and overall great location/quiet neighborhood :)

  Regina is the best, as first time apartment owners she has, and continues to help us out with whatever we need and I very much so appreciate her! The apartments are amazing!

  We spent a little over two years at Mission Trails and of all the many apartment experiences I've had, this was the best. The area is pleasant and quiet, with some great views. The staff (Regina and Rita in the office; Chad and Daniel in maintenance all come to mind) were all kind and helpful, maintenance requests were always handled quickly and things were generally in good condition in the apartment. The grounds, gym and common areas were well kept.
