  This place is literally motel 6 upscaled and as an apartment complex. There is a little space under the walls and bugs can actually reside there and they only do pest control once every couple of months and we have found plenty of bugs like cockroaches, beetles, and plenty of other rodents. Horrible place would never recommend unless you have no where else to live and they have a 1 year lease so if you wanna leave this horrible complex you must pay thousands to them so they can probably steal your money and not work to improve the complex. So overall would never recommend and I have plenty of other things to say but I am just so tired of this place.

  I've never moved into a building and already started counting the days I move out, until now. I should have read some reviews on this place before moving so I'm writing mine to help those thinking of making the same mistake I did. New ownership is bad, two people can not sustain 450 units. They just can't and to ask that is unreasonable. Two maintenance guys and if an issue comes up in one building, the other building has no maintenance. The amenities have apparently been closed since May it's almost October... My place was a mess my move in day, I was told it would be fixed and a month later nothing. It took over a week of me pressing on them with WATER DAMAGE in order to actually come and fix something. I can't imagine how bad it'll be if I have another issue not as serious as water damage how long it'll take to fix. I'm already looking and finding better places near here. I'm hoping I can move there in 11 months this place is horrible.

  Well I’ve only lived here about a month and it’s been up and down to say the least. My Air conditioner broke twice. The first time was 2 days after moving in and I waited 8 days for it to be fixed. Then it broke again less than a week after. The first time I was given a portable AC but the second time I had to spend over $300 to buy my own. I asked for reimbursement via email to management but was ignored. I also am without closet doors. I am the only unit without them. I found out I would not have them after signing my lease and was told they’re on “back order”. I asked via email and work order if I could get the closet doors from a unit that isn’t rented out but I was ignored yet again. I pay full rent for a full working apartment so I would expect to have a fully functioning apartment. Other than these issues I enjoy the location and the management team is nice and they try to please people as best as possible. 8/25 update: Angie emailed me and briefed me that my AC is getting replaced with a whole new system and that they would be willing to purchase the portable AC that I purchased. So awesome and it’s great to have a management team that cares about the tenants 😊

  So I was asked to remove my last review and repost .Which was pretty bad but honest. So this review is new and I added a star. But since new management turned over for the 4th time in the 3 years I have been here. This year half my apartment had no electricity to the sockets so no lamps and extension cords running everywhere. That issue was finally fixed after numerous electrician were called and I hired one myself and kept telling them what the issue was and the last one actually listened to me. Then when I was away in Big Bear it was told me by another resident that my bikes were not in our secured bike room that they didn’t make any announcements to anyone that it was broke into by cutting the deadbolt off but my key still worked something funny there. And after insurance I still took a 900 buck loss on the bikes. Then one night I heard water which turned out to be one of many busted pipes ruining several laptops which I now have to file another claim on. My renters insurance refused to give me a price that I could be reimbursed for and they said there was a vacant apartment that I could use the bathroom it was two floors up on the other side of the building. And I have bone marrow cancer and if anyone is familiar with cancer bathrooms are better if you don’t have to get out of bed and go to the other side of the block to use lol. And as for amenities they are always being worked on and the jacuzzi and pool are always down for repair. But yet you pay for these and when they are up all you hear are many kids yelling and screaming and when they are repairing you hear loud noises starting as early as 7 AM.Then I save the best for last and I know every resident can relate to this and that is roaches. I have a caregiver and a part time housekeeper and my place is clean but when I turn on the light any time I see them scurry all over the place. And they have exterminated many times and each time they do it makes the problem worse. The funny thing is I heard today and I’m going to check on it so don’t take my word but I heard this building was supposed to be condemned a long time ago. And I forget to mention two years ago had my neighbor pull a gun on me in the hallway because I knocked on the door to let him know he left his dog in the hallway. So I know I am moving out in a few months so make your choice because these reviews are generally true by residents I wouldn’t believe the 5 star ones because no place is perfect. Okay that was my year in review as I have lived it. But the main reason I added a star was the cleaning crew who do a fabulous upkeep on and in the property and our awesome security which is a must here especially the nighttime ones. But on a closing note Angie which is our newest manager she is super sweet and you know these issues are things that are out of her control but that is not her fault.

  Move-in was straightforward and I was helped by Angie and Kate who were both honest and helpful. Units are clean, have tons of space for storage, and the apartment offers various amenities to include pool, hot tub, gym, grill, and rooftop.
