  So I was asked to remove my last review and repost .Which was pretty bad but honest. So this review is new and I added a star. But since new management turned over for the 4th time in the 3 years I have been here. This year half my apartment had no electricity to the sockets so no lamps and extension cords running everywhere. That issue was finally fixed after numerous electrician were called and I hired one myself and kept telling them what the issue was and the last one actually listened to me. Then when I was away in Big Bear it was told me by another resident that my bikes were not in our secured bike room that they didn’t make any announcements to anyone that it was broke into by cutting the deadbolt off but my key still worked something funny there. And after insurance I still took a 900 buck loss on the bikes. Then one night I heard water which turned out to be one of many busted pipes ruining several laptops which I now have to file another claim on. My renters insurance refused to give me a price that I could be reimbursed for and they said there was a vacant apartment that I could use the bathroom it was two floors up on the other side of the building. And I have bone marrow cancer and if anyone is familiar with cancer bathrooms are better if you don’t have to get out of bed and go to the other side of the block to use lol. And as for amenities they are always being worked on and the jacuzzi and pool are always down for repair. But yet you pay for these and when they are up all you hear are many kids yelling and screaming and when they are repairing you hear loud noises starting as early as 7 AM.Then I save the best for last and I know every resident can relate to this and that is roaches. I have a caregiver and a part time housekeeper and my place is clean but when I turn on the light any time I see them scurry all over the place. And they have exterminated many times and each time they do it makes the problem worse. The funny thing is I heard today and I’m going to check on it so don’t take my word but I heard this building was supposed to be condemned a long time ago. And I forget to mention two years ago had my neighbor pull a gun on me in the hallway because I knocked on the door to let him know he left his dog in the hallway. So I know I am moving out in a few months so make your choice because these reviews are generally true by residents I wouldn’t believe the 5 star ones because no place is perfect. Okay that was my year in review as I have lived it. But the main reason I added a star was the cleaning crew who do a fabulous upkeep on and in the property and our awesome security which is a must here especially the nighttime ones. But on a closing note Angie which is our newest manager she is super sweet and you know these issues are things that are out of her control but that is not her fault.

  Move-in was straightforward and I was helped by Angie and Kate who were both honest and helpful. Units are clean, have tons of space for storage, and the apartment offers various amenities to include pool, hot tub, gym, grill, and rooftop.

  I have been living here for about 23 years and I love living here. There has been a lot of changes and they have improved the hallways, pool, club room, and sundecks. I met the new manger Angie in August and she is so helpful and I'm greatful to have her as a new manager. I just had brand new floors installed and my apartment feels like a new place after 23 years! Thank you team!

  Great location, decent price with some mixed neighbors. I can’t say enough about the property management team especially Angie who works hard to turn things around and is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. Now it is an older building but they work hard to maintain it. I’ve met some great neighbors, some who have lived here over eight years and are enjoying the improvements. Packages can be puzzling but they are looking for solutions. I didn’t realize smoke was allowed so that’s tough on my sinus. I am on the courtyard side which acts as an amplifier which makes it challenging to work from home from time to time but overall happy with the place.

  Prevail he took me in and he helped me so well, he was a big help with me paying my bills and helping me with the other. Task and and I really appreciate his help. He was very, very spectacular. And I thank him for everything. Sherry Ha
