  I have been here close to 41 years. During this time we have been through more managers as well as maintenance than you can shake a stick at. I want you to know, the management (Mia & Jeri), as well as our maintenance workers (Jorge & Alex)are the best that we have ever had. They are courteous, respectful, tend to details, etc. This is a group that you really need to hang on to! If anything, they truthfully deserve a raise…😊

  I don't live there, my granddaughter does. I visit often and the office staff has always treated me very well. I know my grand daughter made a great choice for her "Im and adult", apartment. Mia and others...much love to you all!

  After touring several apartments, this community immediately stood out to me. It felt clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, and after living here for about a week, my first impressions have definitely held up. A big part of that was Mia. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. What really stuck with me was how she talked about the community. It made the tour feel more personal and gave me a better sense of what living here would actually be like. Thank you, Mia, and everyone in the leasing office, for making the entire process so smooth and welcoming. I really appreciate all of your help!

  My girlfriend and I just moved into a one bed here and we absolutely love it! Our great experience with latitude began on our very first tour with Mia, who was so kind, funny, upfront, helpful, and welcoming. We knew after that tour that we would apply, not only because we enjoyed the spacious layout for the price within our budget, but because of the wonderful vibe we got from our interactions with Mia, and the sense of community in the complex. Anytime we've had questions or concerns throughout the application and move-in process (it was our first time applying for housing on our own so there were several), Mia is always easy to reach out to, quick to respond to emails, and so understanding and professional. Also when we expressed interest in reapplying for a unit that had more natural shade and an earlier move-in date, Mia was quick to help and accomodate us. In the short weeks we have lived here, we've had nothing but kind interactions with neighbors and positive experiences and are really looking forward to our time here. If you are looking for a new place, I highly recommend booking a tour!
