  Alex Cueva is a one stop shop. He not only took care of our plumbing issues but also was able to fix our door problems. Very friendly and super helpful

  Came in for a tour scheduled through Zillow. The lady at the leasing office told us that we didn’t have any booked tour and that all tours should be through their website. We respectfully told her that maybe someone might be impersonating them on Zillow. She then proceeded to tell us that she could squeeze us in for a tour but all the time she was unprofessional, and treating us like we were dumb. Honestly, this felt like LGTBQ+ discrimination. Either that, or the lady really didn’t want to work. We won’t be renting from them.

  I honestly regret moving here. The noise insulation is basically nonexistent. Every single week, someone in the opposite building throws a party, and you can hear EVERYTHING—conversations, laughter—like it’s happening right next to you. It’s not just background noise; it’s crystal clear. And it gets worse. The upstairs neighbors? Every step they take sounds like they’re walking inside your own apartment. I’m not exaggerating—it literally feels like 3D surround sound footsteps above your head, even late at night. On top of that, maintenance is a joke. Things break and no one comes to fix them, or it takes forever with zero follow-up. Management clearly doesn’t care about residents’ living experience. Overall, the living experience here is terrible. Poor soundproofing, constant disturbances, and unreliable maintenance. I would strongly recommend staying away from this place.
