A spacious, clean and quiet apartment complex located very conveniently near a giant mall. The amenities are very good. Popcorn machine in the lobby, a very spacious gym (much better than any hotel gym) and I am always enjoy being greeted in the morning by their lovely gym bouncer Jasmine. Jasmine gives me great tips on classes to try and upcoming events being held at on the complex.

Jasmine and Inina were such excellent staff!
I have never seen staff members who are as sincere and hard-working as Jasmine and Inina. To be honest, there are a certain number of gym members who ignore their kind greetings or handle the gym equipment roughly. Despite this, they always greet every single member with a warm smile and handle everything with genuine sincerity and care.
We are incredibly grateful for Jasmine and Inina's kindness and hard work. Because of them we love going to the Crossroads gym. Thank you so much for everything!

DO NOT RENT HERE !! This is the most gullible apartment ever! First off, it is exorbitantly expensive for how old the facilities are. They kept our security deposit and charged us an additional almost $1000 for a few carpet stains that a professional cleaner could have taken care of. They basically used our money to furnish their apartment with new carpets when we left. Even after paying the extra $1000, they emailed us and said they may have additional charges once the "work is complete". THEY ARE THE WORST APARTMENT IN THE AREA. WE HATED LIVING THERE. THE HALLWAYS ALWAYS SMELL LIKE WET CARPET. LOOK AT OTHER APARTMENTS IN THE AREA AND AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COST !!

Leasing agents have no empathy at all and no ability to mitigate issues with tenants. They don't give you a chance to explain your personal concerns and matters, instead they see these simple issues as a way to get money out of you.
I wouldn't recommend living here at all - don't let the high review count fool you, these reviews are shallow and do not truly represent what it's like to live here. The leasing office people are always so difficult to deal with. They are mean and have very poor customer service, despite belonging to such a big corporate company. Please. Look somewhere else.

Leasing office is not helpful at all. The gate lockbox has been damaged for over a year and the maintenance failed to repair that at all. As a result delivery companies leave the packages outside at different locations all the time (they also only have a small Amazon locker to share with next-door building). Once I got a very heavy package mis-delivered to the wrong location within the complex but two buildings away and asked for help at the leasing office, trying to borrow a cart. The guy working at the front office remains cold and sarcastic the entire time when telling me that it is their company policy not borrowing any cart to tenants. Then he continued to laugh at my situation saying I can ask for help across the street at the gym, which is not helpful at all. This is the first time in years I encountered such a leasing office that does nothing to help out the tenant in a situation that they created and partially responsible for, but rather having the gut to remain indifferent and even vicious about the situation. The main elevator had been broken since Friday and hadn’t been fixed on Monday noon, and fire alarms weee triggered 3 times a year easily that you need to vacate the building. This is the living experience.
