  We’ve lived here for 5+ years. Great location with access to freeways and walking distance to UTC Mall. Resident amenities are solid as well, including pools, gyms, sport courts, and enriching community events like free yoga in the park or in their studio. Price to value is really great here - we’ve looked at a lot of other apartments nearby and this ranks high on the list.

  I am a resident of Crossroads and we love it here! Maria from the clubhouse is very kind, sweet and helpful. She is very nice to talk to and I can ask any questions about booking the bowling alley. It is fun when she is around. We had a Bingo event today and Jasmine was such an amazing host!! She was full of energy and made the event very enjoyable and lively! My mom won multipmr prizes and she was kind enough to be patient so that kids win too!! Staff are the best part of living at crossroads along with the amenities.

  Frank over at the front desk is always a great help, just today he walked with me to help retrieve my lost package at one of the Amazon lockers.

  Our family had a great time making the lotion jars and we appreciate LJ Crossroads and 360 hosting these events for us! We had a lot of fun and now have lots of lotion to use! The lotion smells great too!

  A/C failed this past weekend. Xavier, the maintenance staff member arrived. The issue really stymied him. But, he worked through all the obvious and not-so-obvious issues. Then, he got the darn unit operational and the cool air was nice to have again. Kudos to Xavier for not giving up.
