  On a 5-Star scale, Jessica Nguyen deserves at least 10. She definitely exceeded our expectations in the sale of our home. Our total trust in her was well-founded when she recommended updating our 37-year old home, resulting in a significantly more successful sale. Since we live out of state, she professionally organized, managed, and monitored the entire project for us. When the house was ready for viewing, she scheduled over 50 showings in three days, resulting in over 20 excellent offers. She researched the financial viability of the top tier to ensure we would have several back-up offers if needed. She recommended zero contingencies and we successfully and smoothly closed in 21 days. Along every step of the way Jessica was committed and passionate about doing her very best for us. Her professionalism, communication and negotiation skills, personal integrity and off-the-charts work ethic are simply outstanding.
