One of the biggest issues with this apartment complex is the complete lack of security. Every weekend—and often on weeknights as well—random people who don't appear to live here gather in the parking lots late at night. They blast loud music from their cars, drink alcohol, and smoke in and around the playground areas.
By the next morning, the playgrounds and common areas are often left covered in trash, empty bottles, and broken glass, creating both a safety hazard and an unpleasant environment for residents and children.
What's most frustrating is that management doesn't seem to take these ongoing security concerns seriously. Many residents have become so accustomed to the problem that they regularly have to call the police at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning because of the noise and disruptive behavior. No one should have to rely on law enforcement every weekend just to get a decent night's sleep.
A residential community should feel safe and well-maintained, but unfortunately that has not been the experience here. Until management invests in meaningful security measures and enforces community rules, I would have a hard time recommending this complex to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live.

Apartments are spacious with big windows, which I love. But lately I have been very disappointed as neighbors are becoming noisier and messier. Every single weekend - sometimes during the week- I see and hear people drinking and playing loud music in parking lots and basketball court. Sometimes they record videos making “gang signs “ for god knows what purposes.
Needless to say, they always leave a lot of trash (beer cans and bottles) and make it impossible to have a good night sleep even on Sundays! Neighbors have called the police and reported things to the management office but they have not taken care of this issue even when those guys often leave graffiti on the walls and playground area. The security man seems to be friends with the noise makers, which is super weird.

It’s a very decent place for families. Unfortunately lately it seems like the management is allowing this complex to turn into a gathering spot for gang (or wanna be) gang members who like to throw parties, play loud music, smoke weed, drink alcohol and even pee in the parking lots and the playground areas. This has been an issue for months, probably years and it always starts around 10 pm. Where is the security guard who is supposed to take care of the area? These people need to be evicted. ASAP.
