  LaMina is sketchy. Saying things such as, "by law we're only required to give you a 24 hour notice" (when they kept shutting off the water one week in the facility because they were repairing the waterlines). She seems nice when you meet in person but she is passive aggressive. An example of this is my girlfriend and I were moving in replacing our roommate's previous roommate she would complain to them regarding our communication. Which is ironic because if she wasn't required by law you wouldn't hear from her about the state of the complex. I would honestly avoid living here again. As for the amenities. The grills are almost never clean I stopped trying to use them. The biliares table needs to be re-felted. They used up our entire deposit too and charged us an additional $500 to redo our flooring after we left, despite it mostly being just wear from both the previous tenant and us. Honestly, go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor.

  I’ve been living here since the community first officially opened in 2021. We did switch to a new property management company a couple months ago & I was a little concerned but I’ve had a very pleasant experience with the new property management team. LaMina and Dayton are amazing and extremely kind and attentive. I’m truly appreciative for the property managers that actually care about their tenants. I know the walls are thin & majority of the neighbors have dogs but unfortunately that’s what you get when you live in apartments. I believe the property managers are doing what they can to continue improving our community.

  A beautiful, peaceful and clean place to live. All the staff that I have come in contact with (Joselyn, Michael, Yolanda, and Rico) offers exceptional costumer service. The best part is I don’t have to take out my own trash. They have a trash service🙌🏾.

  Don’t trust anything they tell you unless it’s on paper and signed. There word means nothing! They promise a lot but never keep their promises. We applied a month in advance but just few days before move in date they called and said it is not going to be ready, without giving a specific move in date!
