  Vicki Foreman is an amazing escrow officer! Sadly, the escrow officer I used for 20 plus years passed away and I needed to find a new person. I was connected to Vicki and was hoping for the best. I got more than the best. Not only was she consistently immediately available and meticulous about keeping the file and protecting contractual items, she is a total sweetheart. I had a client that needed a lot of handholding and patience and education and Vickie exceeded my every expectation. She even drove the signed loan documents to title HERSELF to make sure we closed on time! I have never had any escrow officer do that in my 23 years in real estate. I cannot sing her praises enough. Not only will I use her from now on, but if you are looking for a new escrow officer to try out, get in touch with Vicki Foreman!
