We had a great experience touring Garden at 3Roots! The community is beautiful, modern, and has amazing amenities. We were especially impressed with the customer service. Angelina and Augusta were both wonderful and made us feel very welcome. They were extremely helpful, took the time to answer all of our questions, and gave us all the information we needed about the community.
After the tour, we could definitely see ourselves living here. It’s a beautiful community with everything you could want for a comfortable and modern lifestyle. Highly recommend checking it out! 💗

I am extremely disappointed with the emergency maintenance service at Garden at 3Roots.
In the middle of the night, the entire kitchen circuit in my apartment lost power, including the refrigerator. I immediately called the after-hours emergency maintenance line because this is obviously not something that can simply wait until regular office hours.
I was specifically told that the on-call maintenance technician had been notified and would be coming “shortly.” I stayed awake waiting for nearly TWO HOURS based on that information. No one came. No one called. No one provided any update.
When I called again, I was told they could not give me an ETA and could not provide any way to contact the technician directly. After that, I even had difficulty getting anyone to answer the emergency line.
It is now after 4 AM. I have lost hours of sleep waiting for someone I was told was on the way, while my refrigerator has remained without power the entire time. I am now also concerned about the food in my refrigerator if this continues much longer.
What is the purpose of advertising an “emergency maintenance” service if residents experiencing an electrical outage affecting their refrigerator are left waiting for hours with absolutely no communication, no ETA, and no accountability?
I understand that after-hours technicians may need time to respond. What is unacceptable is telling a resident that someone is coming shortly and then leaving them waiting for hours in the middle of the night without a single update.
This emergency response system seriously needs to be reviewed by Garden at 3Roots and Garden Communities management. Residents deserve far better communication and reliability when dealing with an actual after-hours emergency.

Maintenance finally arrived at approximately 8:40 AM and restored the power. I appreciate that the issue was ultimately resolved, but the overnight emergency response was unacceptable.
I love living here! The building is safe, quiet and well maintained. Management is really friendly and quick to respond if you ever need anything. The same with maintenance. In addition to the building, the 3Roots neighborhood is lovely!
Leasing has been transparent from the start regarding rooftop amenities. New construction is notorious for running behind. I also want to note, the building feels very safe and secure compared to other communities I’ve lived in.
Overall the experience has been great!
Every time I spoke with Augusta, she was thorough, professional, and very welcoming. Although there were a few communication hiccups with other staff, she always reassured me and made sure my questions were clearly answered. I would give her a 10 out of 10 for customer service.
I also give Greg from maintenance a 10 out of 10. He is professional, kind, and understanding with every work order. He consistently follows up to make sure the work is completed properly and that we’re satisfied, and he checks to see if anything else is needed. He always makes sure the job gets done, and I truly appreciate him for that.
I spoke with Olivia and she was amazing in helping answer my questions expertly and giving great ideas when i called on a friday afternoon. Fantastic customer service and definitely a model employee.
Also, I recently visited Garden at 3 roots and had a great tour, courtesy of Paisley, who is equally awesome! :) Although the team was only showing the leasing office (which is actually the 2B 2Bath floor plan), I still got a good feel for the complex!
Overall, this is a promising new build in a good community.
