  Very disappointing experience. Customer service is practically nonexistent—they simply don't seem to care once you've signed the lease. I was even locked out the room once and couldn't get the help I needed. The showroom units are bright, modern, and full of natural light to attract renters, but many of the actual rooms are much darker. The gray walls combined with the old gray dirty carpet make the rooms feel even more gloomy. I also had a frustrating experience with the relet process due to inconsistent information from the leasing office, which ultimately cost me the relet to walk away and an extra month's rent. I expected much better communication and support. Do not recommend.

  The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The tour setup was easy and were able to accommodate my schedule. The lease signing was also very eat and smooth. All in all a very professional and enjoyable experience.

  I’ve had a great experience living here. The staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to help us. They genuinely care about the residents, great place to live

  The community is great, and the staff has always been so fun at events. They’ve made my experience here a positive one, and I’d definitely recommend living here. Shoutout Tanner in the leasing office, he was very welcoming and helped sort out move in details for an easy and smooth process!!

  Jullissa is great. Management before was terrible so I hesitant to even speak with anyone again but I was surprised by how well she managed everythign and responded with care. Old manager wouldn't even respond and Jullissa responded quickly which was drastically different. I can already see things getting better around here since she came in especially in the parking structure with guest parking spots being open. The other office staff is nice as well.
