I've stayed at Casa Mira View on three different occasions for work, the last stay was for seven months. It was a great experience every time. The apartments are beautiful, large, and the staff is really friendly. Being away from family for over half of the year is tough so I worked out a lot to stay busy. The staff at High Voltage Fitness made me feel like family. Chris, Rudy, and Johnnie didnt have to acknowledge me at all, but they did. They went out of their way to make me feel at home. Johnny's awsome, we talked daily, and he showed me a couple of new movements for my core workout. We talked about family, sports daily. Chris is awsome too, he would greet me with a smile and a fist bump everyday. He also let me know about all the extras that the gym has to offer We'd talk about sport, life, and current events daily. Rudy is also a great person. We talked when ever we ran into each other, in/outside the gym. Rudy also introduced me to some equipment I've never used before, and it proved to be very beneficial. I consider these three fellas are genuinely great people that I now consider to be friends for sure. I look forward to my next stay at Casa Mira View, and these three gentlemen are the biggest reason why. God Bless yall.

I don’t usually write reviews, but in this case, I felt it was necessary to share my experience. At first, everything seemed great—but there’s a serious issue future residents should be aware of. If you live below a unit where the balcony extends inward more than yours, there are no proper gutters. From August 2025 through March 2026 (seven months), I dealt with my upstairs neighbor washing dog urine and feces off their balcony directly onto mine. I have over 23 documented emails, along with videos and photos, showing this ongoing issue. Despite repeatedly reporting it, nothing was done. When I provided proof that my patio furniture had been damaged, I was told to file a claim through my renters insurance instead of management / neighboor taking responsibility. Essentially, I couldn’t even use my balcony. What’s most frustrating is that nothing was fixed until the day after I signed my lease break—when they finally sent someone out to address the gutter issue. Maintenance staff were always kind, but in the last few months, response times became extremely slow and issues continue to grow . What really pushed me the beak is On top of that, the move-out charges are a joke Good luck getting your deposit back. . I was told I needed to replace countertops (phase 1) over minor scratches—( that were documented even before I moved in. Never noted on the post move out inspection that I did with the person ! ) even though the material scratches very easily with normal use. It felt like they were looking for reasons to deduct from my deposit. This place will nickel-and-dime you over small things, yet ignore major problems that affect your quality of life. Additionally, I had a serious safety concern with a neighbor who threatened me and my dog, saying I was “lucky we weren’t in a place where he could kill dogs.” I filed a police report and notified the office. When I asked about breaking my lease due to safety concerns, I was told, “just keep reporting it , and don’t interact with him” Ultimately, I had to hire a lawyer just to get out of my lease—and now retaining him again to dispute my deposit. While the property looks beautiful on the surface, my experience was extremely stressful for seven months and now continues to as I will have to continue with legal progression. I would not choose to live here again. Forgot to mention, last 6 months almost all packages will get stolen if they do not put them in a locker. When you walk into the mail room packages will be opened and you can tell people go through them to decide what they want to take. Fire alarms at least once a week. Couples screaming outside constantly. All stuff you can learn to live with … Pictures or screenshots from videos of urine being cleaned off from upper balcony. And the counters are what they are “” charging me for because of scratches. Emails are also from having to read address the issue and then having to file a police report.

Jesús G from maintenance is awesome! Came promptly after I submitted my work order on electrical outlets. Turns out nothing in the apartment was functioning improperly, just some things he had to show me how to use :) He put on shoe covers as to not dirty our new apartment we just moved into and was very courteous and quick as well. He even added in some pull chain extensions on the ball chains for the fans/lights so my petite self could reach. Thanks Jesús!

Gino is absolutely AMAZING! Every time we have a maintenance request, he’s immediately responsive and so helpful. He’s also incredibly kind. He’s a great guy who works hard, is great at what he does, is very patient with all questions you may have about repairs, and overall is just amazing! If I could give him 6/5 stars I WOULD! I do want to note though, the leasing office/management is not great. The saving grace of this place is the maintenance crew and janitorial crew and how lovely they all are and how hard they work to make everyone happy.

Issues: Package Stolen is frequent. Noise from your neighbor at night. The management here is disaster. I have been complaining the noise from my upper neighbor for 2 month since I moved in. The management team told me “ in my last three report, the resident is not there”. They will fool you they are doing everything they can but actually just sending emails. If no one admits the noise, they cannot identify the source. And you as a victim, either suffer till your lease ends or break the lease and pay the penalty. Yeah, they said this to my face. Also, the rent here is super high but I am not getting the same level service.
