Jesus G is the best! He did a great service replacing our kitchen sink and bathroom sink!
we just entered a service order in the morning, and he is already here at 2:30pm!
That's a big wow for our Maintenance Staff like Jesus! Prompt service, experienced, he even cleaned up and made sure that we get to try that it is working! We appreciate you Jesus G!

Jorge R. and Jesus G. Came and fixed my washer in a timely and professional manner. Used shoe covers, respecting the carpet and was very kind to my little 1 year old, giving him high fives (he asked for a lot of high fives)! These guys were friendly and efficient!
Everybody at the front desk is insanely rude. They have too much attitude and talk to you as if you’re living In a 3rd world country. Or even worse! They don’t want to help. Want to do the minimal amount of work. I hope casa Mira view pays more attention to the front desk and how terrible they milk the clock
This place looks good on paper, but in reality leaves way too much to be desired. Especially for the price.
Main complaint: Noise. With the way the buildings are designed, everything is an echo chamber. From kids screaming, to people ringing bells (literally), to someone practicing music with a window open, or landscapers who are overeager with their leaf blowers. It all echos really, really badly. And the apartments surround multiple parking structures with open air channels. So you *will* hear multiple car alarms a week, at any time of day. I hear a second one today as I am typing this.
On top of that, the fire alarm systems they have sure do work well. A little too well if you ask me. Weekly, sometimes multiple times a day, you'll hear someone's fire alarm going off. And they're sensitive systems. Even steam from a shower will set them off. Couple that with their FACP system seemingly malfunctioning often, it's a noise you get unfortunately familiar with.
And then to my second, final point: The staff here are very cold and often rude. Anytime you have a question, you'll get brushed off. If they're not looking to make a sale to you, you'll likely get rushed along. The amount of times that I have felt like I've annoyed someone for asking a question, or figuring out where something is, or even just needing help because something got stuck is way too high.
So, live here if you feel like you can handle not having your windows open because of the noise. And if you don't ever need help or have questions about the place you're paying too much money for. This is the place for you. At least the maintenance people are nice.
