  My fiancee and I are first time homebuyers. We were using a VA loan with a limited budget, so trying to find something that would work well for us felt a little overwhelming. My uncle recommended Nhila and Angela to me and I am so glad he did. They made the process so easy, and took care to explain each step along the way. Their experience helped to guide us in making an appropriate offer that was quickly accepted. They have a great network of quality inspectors, contractors, and insurance agents to draw from, which made the inspection process a breeze. We had some issues because my fiancee was being sent away for annual navy training during the closing process, and they helped me to get power of attorney set up within a couple of days. Their experience also helped to guide us when our homeowners insurance unexpectedly fell through 8 days before closing (scary!). With their help, we were able to get this quickly resolved. Now my fiancee and I are in a perfect first home, and we could not be more grateful for Nhila, Angela, and our VA agent, all of whom were always lightening fast with communication, transparency, and professionalism. We closed in 21 days. I have recommended them to all my family members and friends who are looking to buy a home within the next few years. You can't go wrong with Nhila and Angela!
