Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. If I could give zero stars, I would. The leasing office is incredibly incompetent, disorganized, and completely disrespectful of residents' time. I've been trying to complete a simple change of occupancy for over a month. Since the end of May, I've repeatedly asked for updates, only to be told someone would call me back. They never did. I've sent multiple emails, submitted multiple complaints, and still had to keep following up myself because no one seemed interested in doing their job. I've gone into the leasing office three separate times for an issue that should have been resolved in a matter of minutes. During my last visit, they had me sit there for 45 minutes just to send a simple email. I watched them struggle to complete something that should have taken less than three minutes. It's honestly embarrassing that a basic administrative task takes this long. To make matters worse, they changed the parking policy in the middle of my lease and now seem more interested in collecting parking fees than providing competent customer service. The staff can't even clearly explain the parking rules, yet residents are expected to follow them without issue. The communication is terrible, the follow-through is nonexistent, and accountability is nowhere to be found. Every interaction feels like you're inconveniencing them for expecting them to do the job they're paid to do. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with apartment management. There are far better places to live with staff who actually respect their residents and know how to handle basic leasing responsibilities. Save yourself the frustration and rent somewhere else.

Be aware - the parking rules are very opaque! I visited my wife and apparently had to get a visitor’s permit on the app; which we did. However, it also supposedly has to be printed out and left in the car. Who has a printer in their car at 7pm? Nobody else’s car had anything in their windshields though, so I figured it would be ok. My car got towed at 1am. Clearly, nothing more than a scam to get fees (shared with the towing company) as there were dozens of empty spaces.

Dear Landlords, I am writing to inform you that I will be vacating the premises on May 23, 2026, after residing there for nearly a year. Throughout my tenancy, I have consistently paid rent on time, adhered to the rules, and completed all necessary documentation prior to moving in. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that my vehicle was towed from the designated access only parking area due to an alleged lack of parking permit. Despite parking in the same location for 11 months, I never received a permit or notification regarding this requirement. I find it concerning that the office personnel claim I never ordered a permit and would appreciate an explanation. Notably, your office was prompt in sending a letter of termination a week after the scheduled move-in date, despite the fact that we haven’t actually move in at the time of the notice. Conversely, no notice was posted regarding the parking permit issue for 11 months. Is it reasonable for the apartment management to tow a resident's vehicle under these circumstances? I now must take time off work to retrieve my vehicle from the tow yard. I hope that future residents will not encounter similar unfair practices a week before the lease expired. God bless , Jenne V

Steven is absolutely fantastic. I had a outlet that was shorting and he came and took care of it. Not on professional but so personable. Thank you so much.

Liz gave us a tour of the place today and we were really impressed! Everything was so clean and the vibes were great. We even got free coffee from a pop-up event they were holding at the leasing office, and it was delicious :) this tour definitely put us in a better mood!
