- MPMoises PachecoOct 4, 20265.0I had a great experience with Christian and Gallani at The Glen Apartments. They went above and beyond to help me resolve my parking issues. They were both professional, patient, and genuinely willing to work with me to find a solution that worked for my situation. I really appreciate how they listened to my concerns, made the necessary adjustments, and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. Their customer service was outstanding, and they made what could have been a frustrating situation much easier. Thank you, Christian and Gallani, for your excellent help and for going the extra mile. Your professionalism and willingness to help are truly appreciated!
- NMNoi MirandaOct 1, 20261.0Incompetent with how they handle our bills. Have been billed insurance since we have been living here SINCE JANUARY. We proved we had our own home insurance but they “don’t know why it’s still billing us.” They also do not fix any other billing issues for my roommate and tells him to come back another day since the manager is never in. They don’t care about how this impacts the students residents that are just trying to make it past college. Horrible management and would NOT recommend this place unless you want a headache every month dealing with these people.
- CMcarolina morenoSep 26, 20261.0Don’t trust these good reviews, I had my car towed from my own parking spot that i payed for with my own money, when I used to live here during college and I had to pay 450$ to the tow company who were rude and threatened me. Not worth it!
