- VAVincent AstronomoApr 23, 20261.0My roommates pulled guns on me after they threw a house party which they did not first tell me about and I asked them to keep the noise down because it was 11pm. They smoke constantly despite being told not to do so in the house due to a severe allergy and per the property's rules. The property have been made aware of this dozens of times yet they do nothing. Crucial stuff around the area keeps breaking and their on-site mechanics do not come around to fix it despite being, again, on-site 24/7, such as the garage door which has been broken for months. Its also super expensive for what you get. 1200/m for a ROOM in a house is insane pricing. If you're not planning to move in with six to seven other people, do NOT move here.
