  The experience is great, I wish the resident portal is more user friendly but leasing office has been such a great help with clarifying specifics about renting and moving in. Thank you and shout out to Jesus who helped me and my Husband move in

  My roommates pulled guns on me after they threw a house party which they did not first tell me about and I asked them to keep the noise down because it was 11pm. They smoke constantly despite being told not to do so in the house due to a severe allergy and per the property's rules. The property have been made aware of this dozens of times yet they do nothing. Crucial stuff around the area keeps breaking and their on-site mechanics do not come around to fix it despite being, again, on-site 24/7, such as the garage door which has been broken for months. Its also super expensive for what you get. 1200/m for a ROOM in a house is insane pricing. If you're not planning to move in with six to seven other people, do NOT move here.

  ⚠️ ATTENTION RENTERS ⚠️ Fake promises to gain renters In January, I confirmed the referral promotion in person with the leasing office, and they clearly told my friend to sign before Jan 31 and list my name as the referral. Based on that, she signed the lease. Now that all requirements are completed, management says it was a “miscommunication” and refuses to honor the referral bonus. I already contacted the manager and office many times before writing this review, so asking me to contact them again is not helpful. Very disappointing and misleading. Get everything in writing before trusting verbal promises here.

  The Glen Apartments in San Bernardino has been one of the most frustrating living experiences I’ve had. Since moving in, management has been largely unresponsive to serious ongoing issues. I repeatedly reported noise violations, unauthorized guests, and even domestic disturbances involving my roommates, but little to no action was taken. What made things worse is that maintenance staff appeared to have personal relationships with my roommates, which created a conflict of interest. Complaints I made didn’t stay confidential and were relayed back, causing tension and making the situation uncomfortable and unsafe. There were also multiple instances of unauthorized individuals using my assigned garage and parking without consequence. Despite bringing this up several times, it was never properly addressed. The situation ultimately escalated to a physical altercation, after prior warnings to management were ignored. At that point, it became clear that tenant safety and accountability were not being taken seriously. Overall, this property lacks proper management, enforcement of community rules, and basic tenant support. I would strongly advise others to consider these issues before signing a lease here.
