- RVRichard VillanuevaAug 19, 20261.0Do not sign the lease they will put you into a trap and want to make you pay twelve months of rent I requested a cancellation of my lease and they stated it’s legally binding and I can only cancel via military leave when i asked that I wanted to speak to the person who’s in charge of leasing they told me I would get a call and a email I got none of those these people are running a scheme here if this is not resolved soon I will have to take legal action if that is necessary because I’m not paying over 20,000 for the whole year that is ridiculous do not rent from these thieves.
