  I had a mixed experience at Sixteen Sixty Apartment Homes. To be fair, maintenance requests were generally handled promptly, and Anali was always professional, helpful, and great to work with. However, the biggest issue was the roach problem. Management consistently denied that there was a roach problem, even though many residents and neighbors complained about it, and multiple Google reviews mention the same issue. Pest control came out once, but the treatments did not resolve the problem. What was especially frustrating was that after I had already submitted my 30-day notice, I received a mandatory pest control notice stating that the appointment could not be denied or rescheduled. I was expected to fully prepare the apartment for treatment even though I was moving out just days later. I had to go to the office in person to explain that it made more sense to perform the treatment after my move-out date. The gate was also frequently left open, allowing non-residents onto the property. It was common to see people searching through the dumpster and recycling areas, which raised concerns about security. Another issue was the air conditioning. The AC unit appeared to be very old and struggled to keep the apartment cool during the summer. I raised this concern shortly after moving in and was told that it was operating as intended. Even then, I often had to run it for several hours just to lower the temperature by a few degrees. Other issues included loud neighbors at night, the frequent smell of marijuana coming from nearby units, and inconsistent parking enforcement. Overall, the staff members I interacted with were generally helpful, but the property itself needs significant improvement. The recurring pest issues, weak AC performance, security concerns, and lack of effective long-term solutions were the main reasons I chose to move.

  Beautiful location with an excellent view of the San Bernardino mountains. Right down the street from the university. If you attend or would like to experience a Pow Wow, the University hosts one every year in September. I recommend it to everyone!

  I am not a current resident of sixteen 60 However, I did go for a tour and put $100 holding fee down on the apartment I wanted . something told me to go on Google and look at the reviews and what I see In the reviews is that there are roaches in the apartments . And the 2 responses made by the owner or whomever responds back too google reviews was not even satisfactory. One stating that the person requested limited pest control, Girlbut as an apartment complex if you knew There was roaches you should’ve done multiple sprays and made sure that they were gone for every apartment on the property as roaches jump from one place to another . It also says they didn’t even receive there full deposit back which definitely should have been compensation regardless . I am overly annoyed That this was not mentioned during the tour. And of course, there was no roaches in the unit as I toured, but you never know what’s not seen to the naked eye

  Love living here! The manager Lauren has been a great help. Anytime we need assistance she has been available. The maintenance guys are the best! whenever I need things fixed inside of my apartment they come right away to take care of it. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to move to call home.

  Sixteen 60 is a excellent place to live. The staff is very friendly and will work with you if you are having a tuff time. These apartments are close to all the major freeways in the IE making it convenient to travel. The gym is always clean and ready for use by the residents. I have enjoyed living here for the past 3 years.
