I left an initial review when I moved in and have now been here about 8 months ish and am just following up about a frustration. Initially, the main issue was ants, which has gotten better lately. But never have I lived someplace where the fire alarms go off as often and as long as they do here. In the middle of the night too. Sometimes multiple times a night. ***edit When I posted this initially it was 2am and the 2nd time the building wide fire alarm had gone off in one night. It is now 4am and the 3rd time tonight the building wide fire alarm is going off. Hardly anyone evacuates/takes it serious anymore, feels very boy who cried wolf which is another conversation/concern entirely. I feel like the rent is too high for a) getting woken up by fire alarms multiple times a night and b) for ants to have been as big of an issue as they were in the first 3-6 months of me living here. I had ants in my place before I even moved my stuff in from storage. And the fire alarm is still going off.

We’ve lived in the apartments for maybe 5-6 months. The first month their were minor issues like our door battery dying randomly and use not being able to access our door a couple of times after the battery was replaced but now it’s ridiculous what we go through to pay 2500$ a month for rent. THEIR ARE ANTS EVERYWHERE! RED FIRE ANTS not just regular ones the ones that bite and they get all over and in your car i can’t tell you how many times I’ve told management about it. THEIRS ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING ! If you get a 2 bedroom you’ll only have one parking spot and good look with finding an empty spot because there aren't any. The fire detectors go off either early in the morning like 3-6 am or late at night like 10:45-midnight! 3-4 times a month it feels like. One month it was going off every week more than once! We have vale trash which is great but people just leave anything and everything in the hallways for days. The carpets in the hallways are stained and dog owners let their dogs poop anywhere. My mom came to visit and someone was letting their dog poop in front of someone else’s door and left it. These apartments had such great potential and i was so excited to live here that this is a little disappointing. The apartment layouts are sooo cute.

If you love ants, this is the perfect place for you. Ants are included at no extra charge and can be found throughout the apartment. They will happily explore your kitchen, bathroom, living room, windows, walls, furniture, clothing, and just about anywhere else they can reach. We have dealt with recurring ant infestations during our tenancy, and at times there were so many that they formed trails along the walls and appeared in multiple rooms at once. If sharing your home with thousands of tiny roommates sounds appealing, this may be the community for you.

Don’t move In these apartments . Everything is over rated, the rent is extremely high, the amenities are not what you think, the maintenance is trash, their are no keys to the door so anytime your battery dies on the key pad you are basically locked out until further notice of maintenance coming to fix it, if it’s midnight and your battery of your door is dead their is no emergency maintenance nor is it possible for your door to lock. I do not recommend these apartments I have been here 11/12 months and out of all the places I’ve lived I hate this one the most!
