  I’ve had a great experience living at this Luxury apartment complex. The property is well-maintained, the grounds are always clean, and the management team is friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. Lucy, Jamille, and Angie are some of the best property managers in the game! The maintenance staff does an excellent job and addresses requests quickly. I also appreciate the sense of community and how safe and comfortable the property feels. The amenities are well-kept, and the location is convenient with easy access to shopping, dining, and transportation. Overall, this has been a wonderful place to call home. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and welcoming community.

  I’ve lived at Zeta Apartments since May 2025, and overall I’ve had a very positive experience. The staff is always friendly, professional, and responsive, which has made living here enjoyable. The location is excellent. It’s close to plenty of shopping, restaurants, and other conveniences, and the area feels safe, clean, and well maintained. The property offers a lot of great luxury amenities that my family enjoys whenever they come to visit, which is definitely a big plus. The community is well kept, and I appreciate the effort that goes into maintaining the property. The only downside for me is that noise can sometimes travel through the building. I often hear neighbors slamming their doors and the stairwell door closing throughout the day. As an Army veteran with PTSD, sudden loud noises can be difficult for me. That said, I recognize that this is more of a building acoustics issue than a safety concern. Overall, I feel safe living here and appreciate everything the community has to offer. I would recommend Zeta Apartments to anyone looking for a modern apartment in a convenient and desirable Sacramento location.

  I’ve had a great experience living here. The property is well maintained, the community is quiet, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the amenities and common areas are kept clean. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and pleasant place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice apartment community.

  Great service and all the ladies from the office are amazing. I love the community activities. As a college student, I am able to go to the conference room to do my homework. Thank you all for all you guys. Angie, thank you for your great customer service.

  Overall, it has been a great experience after moving here. I toured many places to ensure my family is in a safe place. After carefully looking around, we found Zeta apartments. For the moment we moved in until now, we love it. Thank you for all you all do. The monthly activities for community engagement is great.
