  While I would love to share a glowing review of how my application process was smooth and pleasant, unfortunately, that is not the case. I started my application process with this facility on July 15, 2026, where I was requested to pay a 50 application fee plus a 100 holding deposit. Hesitantly, I accepted this requirement because I needed a place to stay by the end of the month. I was informed that the application process would take up to 72 hours from submission, so I believed that I would be approved and have the peace of mind of a new apartment lease by August 1. Unfortunately, this could not be further from the truth. Despite calling the office to inquire about my status on at least three separate occasions, and being met with responses like "we will follow up" or "it’s still pending; as soon as we know, you will know," I did not hear anything concrete from this facility for seven days (July 22, 2026). And the only outreach I received was to complete a pet screening form to “Finalize my application” (Despite emphasizing in my application that I own no pets or animals.) Due to my time constraints, I applied to another facility, where I was approved and processed in less than 72 hours. When I reached out to Willow Grove to explain that I was no longer interested in housing with them and requested my 100 deposit back, they informed me, "I also wanted to clarify that if you choose to cancel after 72 hours, you will forfeit the 100 holding deposit." This experience illustrated poor customer service, especially considering my situation in trying to secure housing at this facility. It seems unreasonable that I am being held to a different standard than they hold themselves. Why should my deposit be forfeited due to their "72-hour clause" when the application process, which I was told would be completed in 72 hours, was not only not fulfilled? Please save yourself the headache. On a side note, Melanie was very sweet during our extremely brief interaction. :\

  We’ve had a great experience living here so far. The property is well maintained, the pools are nice, and the gated community gives it a nice, secure feel—especially compared with many other properties in the area. A special thank you to Sara, Melanie, and Danielle, who were all fantastic during the move-in process. They were friendly, professional, and made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The maintenance team has also been very responsive whenever we’ve needed assistance, which is something we really appreciate.One feature that really stands out is the after-hours security. There is always security monitoring the property in the evenings and overnight, which provides extra peace of mind. The only areas that could be improved are the gate system. If you’re expecting grocery or food deliveries, it can be a bit inconvenient because you need a key to enter and exit the gate, and there’s no automatic exit, which can make deliveries more difficult than they need to be. It would be great if management could improve this in the future. Overall, we’re very happy with our experience and would recommend this community to anyone looking for a clean, nice, well-maintained, and secure place to live.

  I recently moved into Willow Grove Apartments, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. The entire process was smooth, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. I especially want to recognize Sara for her outstanding help and support throughout the application and move-in process. She was incredibly kind, patient, and always available to answer my questions. Moving can be stressful, but Sarah went above and beyond to make everything easier for me and my family. Her professionalism, communication, and genuine care made a huge difference. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and feels like home already. I truly appreciate all the support I received from the Willow Grove team. Thank you, Sara, and the entire Willow Grove staff, for making this such a positive experience. I highly recommend Willow Grove Apartments to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home!

  Agradecida por el personal de la ofina que hizo que mi sueño se hiciera realidad en tan poco tiempo en especial a Sara que es una bella persona y sin su ayuda esto no hubiera sido posible ,al personal de mantenimiento que fueron muy rapidos y precisos agradecida por todos les recomiendo este condomio a todos esGrateful for the staff of the office who made my dream come true in such a short time, especially Sara, who is a beautiful person and without her help this would not have been possible, to the maintenance staff who were very fast and precise, grateful for everyone, I recommend this condo to everyone, it is calm, reliable, it has a good comfort 10/10. tranquilo ,confiable ,tiene un buen confort 10/10
