  Please forgive me the name of the leasing agent was Daniel We recently toured a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, and Daniel was the leasing agent who showed us around. He was very friendly, welcoming, and exceptionally professional. He made us feel comfortable throughout the tour and took the time to show us the apartment. His excellent customer service and pleasant personality made a great impression on us. Thank you, Daniel, for making our apartment tour such a positive experience!

  I just recently moved from here. I lived here for two years. I honestly don’t have any complaints. Doing research on complexes and what you get for the square footage; this place is really really good. I had the two bedroom option B on the third floor; we had a garage as well. The amount of space that I had in that unit was almost like having a condo to myself. If you’re looking to move here, I think it’s a great place. The only drawback is if you do a lot of gatherings at your home, uncovered parking is limited. There is also street parking too. The cost of a garage is worth it, you have space for storage and your car. If you get one of the units that has the garage attached it’s a two car tandem with storage. My family dynamics changed and i had to move. I miss living here. From the folks in the office (Anmarie, Audreyanna, and Sam) to maintenance (Allen and Cesar). Cost is a little high, but Darren (bug guy) comes every Tuesday to spray for bugs. The fact there is a package room for your Amazon deliveries is great. The gym is nice too. I love how quiet the complex is and its proximity to Costco and all the other shopping centers. Just a hint Delish Pizza is amazing!!

  Since we moved in I believe in either March or April and our apartment has had so many issues I lost count. Ranging from shower head falling off while in the shower to garbage disposal broken and leaking to cabinet doors falling off these are just a few items I mentioned associated to the many other issues we experienced. But you’re office staff are the greatest and most courteous with warm and empathetic smiles.

  I’ve seen every kind of bug since living here, and there’s so many cracks and things for them to get in so even when they spray there’s still bugs. On top of that, my car got broken into and conveniently there’s no cameras or footage. The property is gated and yet everyone still comes in. I never see any security patrolling, and for the price we are paying to live here.,. It’s insane actually.
