  It was a great experience working with John McCallum at Turton on my recent commercial loan. This was my 2nd time working with him and as usual he worked relentlessly to secure me the best bank and the best possible loan terms available. He always kept me very up to date on everything. I am very happy with my loan interest rate and the overall terms of the new loan. John will fight for what is best for his customers and so I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a real estate loan.

  Jack Scurfield of Turton Commercial Real Estate has represented me in two transactions over the past two years. I was the Seller in both cases. Both properties were multi-family located in Midtown Sacramento. Both transactions presented complex challenges in marketing and once a buyer was secured, in successfully bringing the escrow to close. I credit Jack’s capable and creative thinking, his responsiveness and the support of a solid team at Turton for my satisfaction in the results of these sales.   I am the Chief Financial Officer for a non-profit organization in downtown Sacramento. We owned a condominium suite that included mortgage, association and reserve fees. As staff was successfully working remotely since the pandemic, the Board of Directors voted to sell the suite. After interviewing three local realty companies, we chose Jon Lang and David Khedry of Turton Commercial Real Estate to bring in potential buyers. They met regularly with our CEO and me and occasionally our Board of Directors. They courted interested parties and gave several tours of the suite. And then the news came that we had a serious buyer. An offer was made to purchase the suite, and a sales agreement was prepared by Turton and provided to the buyer for their Board to approve. It was then up to our Board to approve. Escrow moved along without any issues and the sale was completed within less than 40 days. All through the process, Jon and David kept us informed of all potential buyers, and subsequently the various steps of the sale and escrow. It’s always a pleasure to work with professional people who are also knowledgeable in their trade and work hard for their clients. Jon and David are just that. If you are looking to sell or lease commercial property in the Sacramento area, you want Jon and David to handle the task for you. If the opportunity to contract with them were to occur again, we would not hesitate to do so. Thanks, Jon and David for a fabulous job!
