I’m not a resident yet, but I do like the fact that Jennifer follow up with me about an email that I didn’t see letting me know that her resident manager( Hope) was reaching out to me. I really really appreciate that because these times and days people don’t call they just sent a whole bunch of emails. Thank you, Jennifer. !!❤️

Tower Broadway is such a beautiful apartment community! I absolutely love the location—there are great restaurants, shopping, and everyday conveniences all within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The property itself has a modern, inviting feel, and I especially love the color scheme and overall design of the buildings. The community is well-maintained and has a great atmosphere. A special shoutout to Lisa, who is absolutely amazing! She is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. If you're looking for a community in Sacramento with a fantastic location and excellent service, Tower Broadway is definitely worth checking out. 😊

Rafael gave me, without exaggeration, the best apartment tour I’ve ever had. He was friendly, efficient, on time, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire process. He shared genuine, interesting details about the building, the mural, and future plans like additional parking that immediately put me at ease and made me feel informed rather than sold to. He encouraged me to take my time, revisit units multiple times, and when I came back after forgetting my checkbook, he let me re-enter the apartment to measure for the size of my couch and even held the tape measure himself. That level of care is rare. In a sea of leasing experiences where tenants often feel like an afterthought, Rafael stood out as someone who truly cares. With him as a primary presence in the leasing office, anyone would be lucky to live here. He genuinely made my day, and I couldn’t be more excited to call Tower Broadway home.
