  i contacted the leasing center about rats being in my walls and NOT coming into my unit. they sent pest control out here to set a trap under my sink when i told pest control and the property management that they are not in my unit i’d like them out of my walls they still put a trap under the sink. the rats are still in the walls (i know what a concept i’ve told them they aren’t in my unit) i hear them trying to dig their way into my apartment. they don’t seem like they are doing anything to get the rats out of the walls so i have taken next steps. when i called and left corp a message a week ago no one has called me back. i can’t afford to move out and break my lease even tho i have the legal right to break said lease. leasing company doesn’t seem to want to get the rats out of the walls and they don’t reply to my emails about this situation. my apartment is so clean you could eat off the floors so i know the rats aren’t stemming from us being gross and dirty. i will raise hell to get these rats out of my walls and go back to living peacefully

  Had a tour here, super ghetto. Everything was literally broken in the apartment it was definitely not show ready. The apartment reeked of cigarettes. It was embarrassing of them to even show that to someone who would possibly move in.

  Let me say this if I can give them a 0 I will because I would never move in these apartments at all. Yes they show you a nice apartment and that's how they get you in. They don't fix anything when I moved in I had oven broke off and stop working never got a new refrigerator old one was sticky and there was a smell bathroom my AC didn't work so one of the guy came try to work on it left my AC on my bill came up 800 then there is pest and mold and on top of that my food would go bad and it really not a place you want to live in, my ps5 got stolen from me my children's cant even go out there always something going on in the apartment someone fighting, getting killed or yelling. They don't fix your rent when it on them and want to keep charging you. They don't care about people living there all they want is money. I could not take anything with me and everything was new I worked hard to start new. I'm not there anymore because I'm just tired of having them bugs around

  This review is for immonie. I absolutely loved your customer service. From start to finish, you have been very attentive. You responded to every email and every call. You always kept me up and up on what was going on with My Son’s apartment. Your customer service is top-tier. You are the reason that I proceeded to get the apartment for my son. I just wanna say thank you for putting up with me and answering all of my telephone calls and emails. I know I was very stressful at times, but you handled it with Grace and not one time did you ever show me that I was overwhelming you. Thanks, immonie for being the better part of the Woodlands. Ps your company Definitely owes you a raise cause if she could put up with me, she definitely deserves one😂. Thanks again for everything definitively worth the wait and I know My Son is going to be happy living over there. If annyone is interested at living in the Woodlands, definitely see her She will take care of you with top-tier service. Loved my experience next week my son moves in 🥰
