  This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. The worst problem is the amount of roaches and how nothing seems to get rid of them. The dumpsters are always so overfilled that trash is basically on the sidewalk/street. So much pet waste around the complex. Contacting the office is almost impossible. There is no email to contact them and you have to call over 5x times to get an answer and you really have to get lucky to have someone answer the call. I rushed into getting this apartment just wanting more space but this is not worth it I wish I would have done more research because just looking at these reviews I would have never moved here.

  This is the worst place to live they do not fix things when you call in to have them fixed when you call the office all they say is oh ok I will get someone to fix it yeah right in what lifetime I have had so much rude people at the office from me calling or going in they treated me like so what go away we busy pretending to work. I been complaining about mold in my bathroom since 2nd month here and they just now came and painted over it after to 6 months the neighbor above me when he is in shower it leaks into my bathroom I have had dry rot on my front door from the first day I got the keys and it took then 6 months to fix that I had my front windows broke and it took then 3 months to fix that. I had to call the police cause someone came into my apartment and all the office could say is call the cops the cops said to have the apartment change the lock took them 3 weeks to change the lock. There is roaches running around here like crazy they say they spray but I have not seen them spray anything don't move into the woodlands on West El Camino Ave it is crap I am in the process of getting out of here

  our hot water heater broke on thursday july 2nd. they didn’t tell any of us about this issue until the next day after business hours. said it can’t get fixed till monday the 6th. no hot water for an entire weekend. since it’s a shared water heater system lots of women with kids don’t have hot water for an entire weekend and it’s fourth of july weekend. disappointed doesn’t even begin to explain how i feel. we’ve had little to no issues living up until this week.

  They have roaches and mice. No 24 hour maintenance but they say they do. Leasing office doesn’t do anything but push you off and lie about your maintenance request. The apartment is ROACH infested the parking lot is cracked an uneven they barely have the amenities running but they charge you for it. It took 3 visits and us requesting before moving in to our unit for them to clean the fridge. This place is handled by the most incompetent crew I’ve ever dealt with. And the leasing office workers are slick out they mouths and rude if you come back multiple times for the same issue! If you read this and live here we got to get together and form a petition! Edit: if you scroll further in the reviews you’ll see this problem has persisted for over two years!

  Started out ok lived at the woodlands for over 10 years. Really went down hill the last few years from homeless everywhere stealing stuff to front gate never working open all the time. People parking in other people's spot. Outside Buildings are dirty need to be cleaned. Mold in bathroom and in windows. Took many days and phone calls for work orders to be addressed .
