  Benito is honestly the best maintenance guy! Since we moved in just a week ago, he has helped us with everything so quickly and kindly. He fixed our blinds, repaired the door that wasn’t working properly, and has always been very professional, friendly, and willing to help. The service has been excellent from day one. We truly appreciate all his hard work. Thank you, Benito!

  Benito is the best made our move in super easy. Helped us move heavy items and fixed all our HVAC issues and addressed concerns within minutes. The demo team is also very helpful and efficient and the front desk staff especially Jason and Jacob helped the approval process go by in just a few days and answered any questions. Really awesome experience so far, security is also numerous, detailed and well trained.

  We were living in this apartment for two years, I can say that the worst place in my i had lived was the palms. There are a lot of thieves, they robbed our two bicycles and shoes and the manger is the worst person I have ever met. This is the unsafe place in Sacramento.

  Since moving in there has been a little troubles but overall they managed to get everything done quickly and efficiently , we had a few things messed up in the apartment but our maintenance specifically Hendrix had been quick and fixed the problems easily no complaints since.

  Besides Jason being incredible, they have had staff come and go repeatedly. They charge a valet trash fee of $35 even if you DO NOT use it, i left my trash out one day for the valet trash and it wasn't picked up. Gate is constantly broken. People drive like they're on the road, so watch your kids!
