I’m literally posting a review in hopes that it’ll help me get a response from the office. I have lived here for exactly one month today and I can say if I had the opportunity to leave tomorrow, I would. My move-in experience was a nightmare. I asked for a walk-through inspection form and a move-in packet and was told they already walked my unit without me so I didn’t need to do it. Myself was not given any sort of moving packet telling me details about the property emergency phone number is etc. to this day. I still don’t know who I would get in contact with. After I got my keys, my dishwasher was completely broken. The broken parts were just laying inside at the bottom which almost started a fire because I had no idea. My microwave did not work whatsoever. My washing machine had no water coming to it along with the sinks in both the kitchen and bathroom and to this day my dryer does not stop drying unless I put it on the offset you can literally open the dryer door and it’ll still be tumbling.
I have been trying to get in contact with the front office via in person which the office is always closed for one reason or another over the phone. They never answer the calls or return messages and email which as you can imagine they don’t respond to those either my unit is infested with gnats. They are literally everywhere. I’ll attach some photos to this review. There’s trash all over this complex to the point where it smells like garbage. I took my kids swimming the other day and spent about 20 minutes cleaning up the pool area while also putting furniture back where it belongs because it was completely thrashed and and my daughter even cut her foot on a broken piece of glass inside the pool with the office being still open they didn’t seem to care at all. It sucks because I love the layout of my Loft since it is two stories but after all this, I don’t think it’s worth the price that I pay.
Anyways, if you’re either the owner or in management and read this, I need somebody to contact me back immediately as this is ridiculous at this point

I scheduled a tour for 2:30pm. I arrived at 2:10 to find they were out for a tour with a sign that said they’d back at 1pm?? Waited until 3pm and no one showed up. I called multiple times, no answer. Even spoke with a current tenant and they said they never respond to emails or answer phone calls. I’d avoid this place.
STAY AWAY FROM HERE.
my AC has been broken for at least a week, I was never communicated with after it broke. I put in 2 work orders back to back and nobody showed up or called me. I talked to the manager Alexis who has no clue about anything and all she does is sit in the office and talk to the Maintenance guy joe and he has no clue what to do either. This place has cobwebs everywhere and trash everywhere and trash everywhere. I don't know who is in charge but it looks terrible here. Just drive by you'll see for yourself.

NEVER MOVE INTO the Loft if you don’t want your credit history ruined.
I lived there for 10 years and always paid my rent on time. During those 10 years, I never had any outstanding balance, and there were never any issues on my end.
After 10 years, I had to move out because it became unsafe. One of my neighbors attacked me with wea pon in front of my son.
When I found a new home, the owner requested a rental reference from my previous residence. The management ignored all calls and emails.
Then, a year and a half later, they sent me a bill for $190.57, damaging my previously perfect credit history.
“Thank” you the Loft . This is how you treat responsible tenants who never caused any problems and provided you with a steady income for 10 years.

Alexis Villadores has been an outstanding manager and made the transfer process incredibly smooth. She was highly involved and consistently, went above and beyond to assist us. Overall, she was extremely helpful, and her communication was excellent throughout the entire process.
