I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here has been frustrating enough to share. For the price of these apartments, the overall condition and management fall far below expectations.
The cleanliness of the property is a major issue. The stairways are often dirty and poorly maintained, and at one point there was even feces left on the stairs. I reported it, and nothing was done to address it. Situations like that shouldn’t have to be chased down by tenants—it’s basic maintenance and hygiene.
Costs continue to go up, yet the quality of living does not improve. Parking fees have increased, and to make matters worse, there is no guest parking available. It makes having friends or family visit unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient.
Another challenge is the constant turnover in management. There’s no consistency, and communication is unreliable. Concerns don’t seem to carry over, so you’re often left repeating the same issues without resolution.
Overall, this place feels overpriced for what it offers. Between the lack of cleanliness, rising fees, parking limitations, and inconsistent management, it’s hard to justify the cost. I would strongly encourage management to address these ongoing issues if they want to retain tenants.
I recently moved into the Lofts Apartments and I wanted to share my experience.
Before my move I had looked at several other properties but something kept making me come back to The Lofts.
I met and toured with Alexis the Property Manager.
She took me on the tour and explained everything regarding the apartment, the pricing, the amenities and the property.
Alexis was very professional, personable, and didn’t hesitate to answer my questions. She made my move in process easy and stress free.
I also want to say that Alexis is an Asset to the company and I enjoyed working with her.
I’m looking forward to living at The Lofts for many years!

My car was tow out of the apartment on Christmas Eve. My wife has a disability that causes difficulty seeing at night. There is only 1 handicap spot in there apartment. The lofts used to have green parking spots for visitors. Now covered up with grey paint all but 1 spots she thought was visitors spot 119. Her car was towed after only be there for 45 minutes visiting on Christmas Eve. The repainting of visitors spot was horrible for anyone wanting to visit there loved ones on a holiday. Around the time she parked there was a lot of open spots with out green clearly reserved. Leaves covering ground unable to notice anything but green line near sidewalk. Cost my family 400$ to get out car tow yard. Will never have a family get together again

Have lived at the Lofts for over 2 years, not really a review person but I was looking for a new apartment to live and found out what a great value my Apartment is and what a great job my apartments do, Place is always clean even on weekends they clean up. They have installed all new LED lighting, looks like upscale hotel.. my current garage is huge compared to what i looked at....I have been shopping around going to other apartments the people that worked at them were just so useless, Today i went and sat with Nadia and Patty so professional they worked out a lease term that worked out perfect, The ladies where well dressed and pro's ....I signed 13 month Lease renew.....Thanks
