  I would like to take a moment to recognize Sydney Medina for her outstanding customer service. From the very beginning, Sydney was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood each step of the process. What I appreciated most was her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to help. She never made me feel rushed and always took the time to address my concerns.   I tour this property yesterday. I was very impressed with how clean the property was. I did not see not one piece of trash on the ground. The apartment I view was absolutely beautiful. The manager Dillon was awesome. He went far and beyond with me to help me with my application.

  I toured the property a while back and although I ultimately decided not to move in, I wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing customer service I received. Sydney was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire tour. She took the time to thoroughly explain the leasing process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood every step. What really stood out was that she even recommended sister properties that might better fit my needs. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home, not just making a sale. The entire team was welcoming and accommodating, and my experience was nothing short of positive.   I cannot believe I’m saying this right now, but I got reinforced in my wanting to live here today. Already a resident for years, getting the itch of wanting to advance as evolution will do to you, but today my enjoyment of this complex grew because of Dylan. My husband and are were well taken care of and left reassured in ways that were direly needed. Thank you, Sir, for the quality service!

  Do not move here. Please trust me. Moved here when I was 3 months pregnant. The apartment got the “landlord special” and was bad. The paint smelled so strong and wasn’t dry for weeks. They painted over god knows what. About 3 weeks later I ended up getting extremely sick for months. Lost my voice, extreme head pain, bad sinus infection, etc. I had to go to the ER multiple times because of my baby. no matter how clean your home is, they are infested with cockroaches, gnats, spiders, etc. There’s a lot of violence, loud neighbors, loud drifting cars at night right outside your window, constant police/ ambulance’s, hobos living in laundry rooms, trash everywhere, lazy security, they never close the front gate, they say you get 2 parking spots and it’s hard to find a spot for one car everyday, people stay in the parking lot over night and they don’t even live here, the hot water CONSTANTLY goes out. I can maybe have a really hot shower twice a week, they don’t fix it. Their maintenance has nice people but they really don’t know what they’re doing. They’re lazy and unprofessional like the whole office as well. The theft is REALLY bad as well. The mailroom is constantly broken into and stolen from, if not stolen off your front porch!!!! It’s terrible. I can say so much more… My family and I have been here almost 2 years now, and it’s never gotten better. Please trust me when I say, do NOT move here. Over-priced landlord specials with no comfort, safety, or security. They also have been renovating for over a year…. When someone moves out they renovate it immediately. I had to raise my daughter with constant construction, if you’re a mom you know. That SUCKED. They’re still renovating, probably will be for another year or two. They also changed their pool rules. You can now only bring ONE person with you 🥲. I’m gonna just stop here. You’re welcome for the most honest review you might read of this place! Good luck on your moving journey.
