- JPjames palmerJul 30, 20261.0i just sleeping july 28 2026 when i was woken up to kids running outside and police chasing them after the police left i seen 3 kids from the parking lot run to up into there apartment one kid run back and pick up a gun that he had thrown somewhere i don’t understand it we have cameras for no reason just for the office not to do anything we have “24 hour security” that don’t do anything about it some of us have work man and it’s kids running around all night with gun or even drinking late that parents seem to not care and a lot of us have complained about it and nothing is changing i say this is starting to feel like lot income apartments and i’m tired of it some of us are thinking about protesting we pay to much for these apartments not to be secured
- JAJulia AmbroseJul 26, 20261.0Cameras always down, security never there, gates always broken and open. Rent is overly charged and not enough staff for maintenance upkeep. Maintenance workers are quitting often, cars getting broken into and catalytic converters being stolen daily. Leasing agents charge me for damages that I did not even create and never fixed them from over 2 years of living here. Not a peaceful place to live. Do not rent here and I suggest to find a better quality and peaceful place. Also water is always off.
