  I am very disappointed. I pay full rent, including access to amenities, yet those amenities are rarely available to residents because they are frequently reserved for private events. Today there was even a sign saying “Closed for Private Event.” I work all week and look forward to using the amenities on weekends, but that has become nearly impossible. If residents are unable to access the amenities they are paying for, management should consider reducing rent or limiting the frequency of private reservations. Today a young woman being asked to leave the clubhouse. Residents should have reasonable access to the facilities that are advertised as part of the community.

  Have lived here for a year, excellent facilities (Gym and pool are amazing) and staff are super friendly!

  We have lived here almost two years. Never had a problem with maintenance and all needs are always met.

  Friendly and helpful staff. The apartments are comfortable and modern.
