Currently a resident. It’s been frustrating not getting assistance with a package I needed in a specific time. I went in person at the office twice to get help. First time I was told to dispute with Fedex. Second time, I explained that I can tell which mailbox it is based on Fedex’s delivery image, so if they can assist with opening it that would be great. Filing a dispute would have taken way too long. I was told they would call me when someone is able to open the mailbox, but no one ever did. I tried to go to the office a couple more times but no one would be there. I even tried calling and left a message but no one got back to me.
I understand that it’s on Fedex for not coding the package correctly therefore I did not get the correct code to retrieve it, but I feel like it was an easy fix on their side, and they chose to not be helpful. So much for luxury apartment.

If you want to be treated like trash once you decide to move out , move here. Absolutely some of the worst customer service & communication ever. Also are NEVER in office.

My husband and I have lived at Sutter Green for 6 years, and while it has been a mostly positive experience, there is one thing that continues to affect us on a daily basis. The lack of parking is beyond frustrating. The planners way underestimated how many spots/unit there should be. Sutter did add more parking within our 1st year of living here, but it’s still not enough. If you come home later than 4-5 PM, you’re lucky to find an open spot. My husband and I have 2 cars between us, as many other couples here do, and are constantly having to plan around the parking situation due to our differing work schedules. Leaving the complex in the evening to run an errand is always a gamble. Of course there’s street parking outside, but I wouldn’t recommend it in this area, and you have to move your car in the morning to avoid a ticket. You will often find people parking along the fire lane curbs, or in handicap spots because there’s simply no where else to go. Fast forward to the last 5 months and it has only been exacerbated. They have hired a painting crew whose equipment has been taking up many of our open parking spaces for FIVE months. It seems like they could have had them store their equipment at the phase 2 property across the street, which is newer, with less tenants, and doesn’t seem to be facing the parking issue as bad. After coming home today at 4:30 PM, and seeing that there’s now just piles of dirt from landscaping taking up even more open spots, I’m at my wits end. I don’t know what the solution is, but they need to figure something out.
I'm fine with everything at the moment, let's see what happens next.
