  Terrence was fantastic! He was kind, professional, and very respectful when entering my apartment, which I really appreciated. He made sure I felt comfortable the entire time and was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. What stood out most was how he went above and beyond to help with everything I needed—nothing felt rushed or overlooked. His positive attitude and thoroughness really made the whole experience a great one. Highly recommend—excellent service from start to finish!

  This place is just awesome indeed, welcoming staff the Assistant Manager Jamel gave us a tour around the apartment too good. Love the atmosphere of this place. Love you all my neighbors in this place.

  I love living here. The staff is friendly and the maintenance team responds in a timely manner. When Terrance responds to any maintenance requests, he is always fast and efficient. The management team also responds in within the same day during office hours. The amenities are awesome and the community is quiet. I would highly recommend living here.

  I lived in these apartments for over a year and had a very bad experience. The staff never listens and is not helpful. Utility bills are extremely high and inconsistent — sometimes they say charges are based on the number of people, other times on meters, but it never makes sense. Friends of mine with more people in their unit paid less, and even when they were gone for months, their bill stayed the same. When I moved out, I gave a one-month notice as required, but they still charged me extra days. They did not return my deposit, even though we left the apartment cleaner than when we moved in, including professional cleaning. On top of that, they added over $300 in unexplained utilities. The property itself is poorly maintained: the elevator was out of service for days, the pool didn’t work most of the summer, parking was a constant problem, and everything is built with cheap materials. Using the washer and dryer is so loud that you can’t even talk in your own home. Even applying took a month, although they promised one week. Overall, the office is never on your side. I do not recommend living here.
