  PLEASE READ! I would give this place a zero if I could. Me and my sister lived in this complex for only one year and throughout that one year, there was problems after problems. The ceiling upstairs fell off because there was water leaking through the a/c pipes. We informed the front office and they did nothing about it UNTIL we gave them the 30 day notice of moving out. There was black mole and the pipe looks really old and rusty so it made me cough a lot and it gave me huge head aches. Speaking of a/c, the a/c vent only works up stairs. You will not feel the a/c down stairs or in your rooms. And they will charge you $500 plus for a/c every month on top of rent. We tried to figure out why but never solved it. Bring up rent, they will charge you hidden fees that doesn’t make sense. Service fees for what? They didn’t even come service anything in our unit. They also charge other fees but it all adds up. Mind you, it’s monthly fees on top of rent. The front office never answers to anyone even if you call, or email them. Best to just show up and hope someone is there to talk to. They changed management 3 times throughout my one year there. Everyone in the office gets fired and replaced so there’s always someone new working there. Good luck with finding parking space. Only one reserved parking per unit. All the other parking are first come first served. So if you work late then you will have no where to park your car. Everyday you will have to fight for parking. The neighbors are also really loud and crowded. They don’t know how to park and most of them don’t even work. They just hangout at the parking lot all day. It’s better to find something else and it’s not even worth the price they’re asking for. What a joke this place is.

  This place is -10. DO NOT MOVE HERE. THEY HAVE MICE LIVING AT THESE APARTMENTS. My fiancè moved out almost a years ago and they have captured 4 mice. It’s totally disgusting and management did not care. They also changed him and his roommates locks before they could move all the way out of their apartment. Roaches everywhere. If you were smart you would not move here at all

  Stunning location! Management ladies are on it! Responsiveness with any concerns, and professional. Maintenance team respectful and quick. Moved in love it!

  When I moved in 2 years ago, management was hard to contact and the leasing office hours were not as advertised. I wasn’t able to get any work done on my unit or schedule an appointment for maintenance services. Now that management has changed recently, I can honestly say I have felt the difference within the complex. Management is very attentive and actionable. I feel like me and my home are in good hands and that is a feeling I haven’t had the 2 years I have lived here.

  HORRIBLE management. NICOLE is so rude and disrespectful it’s unbelievable. Bad attitude , rolls her eyes , tells you “ what do you want me to do about that?” When reporting noice or parking complaints. Maintence doesn’t fix anything. Roaches. SUPER HIGH utilities and they do not care at all. Horrible horrible staff. Under qualified and clearly have no real experience in property management. Same for joy. You have to call them for a week straight to get them to answer and when they do they are rude and don’t know anything you ask them. RUN!
