  There is no security in this apartment complex. Anyone can come in and steal your vehicle’s wheels, and there is always a risk that your car could be stolen. We constantly worry about theft here because there is no proper security or access control

  While this property is visually appealing and offers nice scenery, my experience living here was deeply concerning. During my time as a resident, I experienced what felt like targeted and unwelcoming behavior from both management and neighbors. As an African American woman, these interactions often came across as discriminatory and created an environment that felt uncomfortable and, at times, hostile. A home should be a place of peace and safety. Unfortunately, I did not consistently feel that here. Instead, I experienced stress, scrutiny, and a lack of support when concerns arose. Because of this, I would advise others—particularly African American residents or individuals from underrepresented communities—to carefully consider whether this environment will feel safe and supportive for them.

  Used to be nice. Now it’s just nothing but section 8 people here Nothing is enforced. People leave trash outside their units, have giant 50 pound+ dogs, smoke outside their units etc. Not to mention the roaches. Dear god this place is infested. There are like four kinds of roachs here. It should condemned. Worse they lie and say they spray but literally no one comes. There has never been a licensed pest control person ever on the property. They don’t want to have locked gates to keep sketchy people out - so crime is also an issue. It’s really frustrating the lack of care that goes into this place. It didn’t used to be like this. But it’s all about the Benjamin’s for CTL management
