  I had a great experience with the Maintenance Department. Leo was very helpful, professional, and responsive in addressing my maintenance request. He took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and provided excellent assistance throughout the process. I really appreciate Leo and the Maintenance Department for their prompt and friendly service. Thank you for the great support!

  I've been working with Justin and his team at PMI for several years now. They are always on top of things when it comes to property management and are wonderful with their communication. Being a landlord and a realtor, I truly appreciate this. They manage my rental portfolio as well as I refer them to my clients on an ongoing basis and everyone has great things to say about them as well. I look forward to continuing this working relationship with PMI American River for the foreseeable future 🙏

  My wife and I love PMI so much! The staff is always kind, patient, and prompt with requests. We’ve had a plumbing emergency and they were fast to fix it. Something I love is they don’t have a “fix it all” maintenance guy who travels between properties. They actually hire professional services depending on what is needed (fence being fixed or plumbing issues. They are extremely respectful of your time and space. I love the filter delivery for our home as well! My wife and I will never rent or buy through another property management again. There is no beating PMI!
