Ehh scheduled a few showings & had to cancel them after the agent let me know they were "group showings". Housing is competitive, staying in a hotel couldn't really afford to view a place and waste application fees when there's 10 other perspective tenants😅 I get what they're trying to do in managing their time but it's not all that considerate to the tenants who are actively searching...to have to wait for group showings. I would have kept my showings if they were solo and we could apply on a first come first serve bases and put down a holding deposit. Otherwise it's just a gamble & everything is too expensive to be gambling with application fees💛 keep in mind I was told ALL their showing are group showings, have a bless day y'all!

He took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and provided excellent assistance throughout the process.
