  I had a very disappointing experience at 5443 College Oak Dr, Sacramento, CA 95841. In my personal experience, the management was often unprofessional, and I did not feel that tenants were treated with the level of respect and courtesy they deserve. Communication with management was frequently frustrating, and concerns were not always addressed in a helpful or timely manner. I also encountered charges and fees that I felt were unfair and insufficiently explained. While others may have different experiences, this was my experience as a tenant. The overall atmosphere of the community was not welcoming, and living here became more stressful than expected. Based on my experience, I would not choose to rent here again. I encourage anyone considering this property to carefully review the lease agreement, ask detailed questions about fees and policies, and research multiple housing options before making a decision.

  I had a very bad experience at 5443 College Oak Dr, Sacramento, CA 95841. The environment of this community is unpleasant, and the property manager is rude and unprofessional. Tenants are not treated with respect, and the overall atmosphere is poor. In my experience, the manager often finds excuses to charge tenants additional fees that seem unfair. I would not recommend this apartment complex based on my experience. I encourage anyone looking for a rental to carefully consider other options before signing a lease here.

  We have lived here for a year and a half now, and we have loved it. We have a cozy 2 bed 1 bath with a washer and dryer in the unit, which is fantastic for the price. Since we have moved in, we have NEVER heard loud music or anything like that, which is pretty unheard of for apartment living. The management is quick at getting back to you and fixing things when needed. They host a ton of community events for people living in the complex. Jennifer is great and always there to help with whatever you need.
