  Where I have started having a few little friends coming to visit they're not coming in anymore cuz they put something behind so they can't come in thank you

  DO NOT even try to apply, there’s supposedly a 1 year to 3 year waitlist for this property that wasn’t made clear until AFTER applying. I went in to the office two days ago because I was looking at apartments in the area and was told to keep calling for updates on availability and he did not even mention a waitlist. Today, I saw there were apartments becoming available in August and filled out an application. I then called multiple times when a lady finally answered and told me that my application fee is nonrefundable even though it will never be processed unless you join the long waitlist. This property is not managed well and the people in the leasing office are not on the same page. Also, it’s almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone. Save your time and your money.
