  This place is giving real Spaniard luxury! I absolutely love it! It’s a quiet, gated, and small property that becomes very neighborly. The pool is never crowded and the property is always clean. 10/10 would recommend

  I recently toured a 2 bedroom at Montecito Villas with Ceann (Hope I’m spelling that right), who was very welcoming. My wife and I are looking to downsize from our 3 bedroom house, so we are in the market for a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment or townhome. What we liked: - High quality interior renovation. Newer appliances. Felt upscale. - Property grounds were quiet and well landscaped. - Location. We like that the property is sort of tucked away from busy streets in a residential area. (We have children, so this was a plus for us.) - W/D in unit. (A must for us) - Staff was friendly and welcoming. What we didn’t like: - 2 bed 2 bath floor plan is nice, but probably just a little too small for us coming from a 1,600 sq ft home. Not really a knock against the property, just that we have too much stuff.

  I love living at Montecito villas every day. It feels like I wake up in another country everybody is so kind!! Payton is so funny and helpful and sweet. CeAnn takes wonderful care of the residents and property!! I feel like I’m in good hands. Everything is so well taken care of, Gio does a good job at getting to work orders quickly as it is a one-man show that is pretty impressive, and everyone is so friendly if you choose to live at Montecito Villas you really will never regret it!!!

  If you’re looking for your dream home, Ceanne and Payton are the people to see! They provide exceptional hospitality, make you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive, and go above and beyond to help you find the perfect place to call home. Maintenance Supervisor Gio is always helpful, professional, and quick to address any concerns. And a special shoutout to Jason, your valet trash is always picked up on time every morning! The entire team works hard to create a great living experience. Definitely a sight worth seeing and a community worth calling home!

  I love this place so sad I had to move, but every Manager that has ever been here has put in their blood sweat and tears into making sure residents felt heard and appreciated Sidenote, a good book by the fountains is always a great idea.
